Video: Document Expert Could Topple The Obama Administration

By Kris Zane

There have been many lawsuits challenging Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President—most based on the fact that Obama is not a natural born citizen, his father being a Kenyan. Other lawsuits challenge the validity of Obama’s PDF long-form birth certificate, riddled with strange anomalies like multiple layers and eight different fonts.

The lawsuits have all crashed and burned in flames for two reasons: 1. The court hearing the lawsuits have treated the cases as a joke instead of a valid question of Constitutional requirements. And 2. The plaintiffs haven’t had Reed Hayes on their side.

Reed Hayes is a forensic document expert who may be the man who finally brings down the Obama administration.

In an extensive and scathing forty page report on Obama’s birth certificate prepared for the upcoming eligibility lawsuit before the Alabama Supreme Court, Hayes concludes the following:

…Based on my observations and findings, it is clear that the Certificate of Live Birth I examined is not a scan of an original paper birth certificate, but a digitally manufactured document created by utilizing material from various sources. In over 20 years of examining documentation of various types, I have never seen a document that is so seriously questionable in so many respects. In my opinion, the birth certificate is entirely fabricated.

You might be saying: Okay, there has been something like two dozens lawsuits. They’ve all failed. The court and Obama’s lawyers always deem any experts against Obama’s birth certificate as quacks. So what’s different this time?

Two words: Perkins Coie.

Sound familiar? It should. It’s the law firm that has represented Barack Hussein Obama in virtually every single eligibility court challenge.

And guess who has done extensive work for and testified on behalf of Perkins Coie?

Forensic document expert Reed Hayes, whose abridged list of training, experience, and court cases goes on for a dozen pages.

How will Obama’s lawyers discredit a forensic document expert that their own law firm extensively relied on?

Answer: They won’t be able to discredit him. If they do happen to try to discredit him, every single case Perkins Coie has employed Reed Hayes for will also be discredited.

How’s that for a catch-22?

But that isn’t the half of Obama’s problems.

The gaggle of Perkins Coie lawyers will be arguing that Obama is eligible to be President before the Alabama Supreme Court, with none other than Roy Moore presiding as Chief Justice. Moore is a conservative and strict constitutionalist who has voiced his concerns in the past regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility to be President. In fact, he is the judge who supported Lt. Colonel Terry Lakin’s refusal to deploy to Afghanistan until Obama provided proof that he was a natural born citizen.

Oh, but there’s one more problem. A very big problem: Obama’s lawyers have produced a birth certificate in their brief to the Alabama Supreme Court. Problem: It differs from the birth certificate Obama released on April 27, 2011!

Whoops!

Will Barack Hussein Obama again slither out of another legal challenge to his eligibility?

Is forensic …read more

Obama’s Government-Owned Propaganda Machine

By Alan P. Halbert

Obama Libs Blow Statue of Liberty Flame Out SC Obama’s Government Owned Propaganda Machine

The MSM is no longer the only propaganda machine for the Obama regime. With the demise of the restriction on propaganda, broadcasting to citizens from our own government has been repealed. The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, buried deep within the last National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2013, now allows our dissembler-in-chief to broadcast propaganda directly to American citizens.

It went live on July 2nd. This will be a day that will demarcate the death of the Republic as Obama can now move forward with whatever agenda he wishes and will not have to worry about what the MSM says, does, or broadcasts; he has his own taxpayer-funded machine.

This can only inflame an already disquieted population and proves beyond a shadow of doubt the complicity of Congress with his agenda. It follows that this latest piece of legislation fits nicely with the IRS, NSA, and DOJ initiatives to stifle all opposition to the Obama agenda and can be used to shape public opinion that is turning decidedly oppressive, dictatorial, and capricious.

Curious that this law took effect shortly after all these scandals came to light, with even the MSM reporting on them? This is a wholesale abrogation of our founding principles as found in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution (and can only further the goals of tyranny.)

Erakat, a veteran voice of the Palestinians

Long-time Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat was announced on Friday as the man to open dialogue with his Israeli counterpart at meetings in Washington after three years of stalled peace negotiations.

Both Erakat and Israel’s Justice Minister Tzipi Livni will meet US Secretary of State John Kerry for initial talks, the top US diplomat said at the end of four days of intense diplomacy as he consulted Palestinian and Israeli leaders from his base in Amman.

The 55-year-old Erakat, an academic whose perfect command of English is often spiced with humour, was part of every team to negotiate with Israel since 1991, with the notable exception of those who secretly hammered out the 1993 Oslo Accords.

Erakat rose to prominence as a media personality at the 1991 international peace conference in Madrid at which he wore the black-and-white chequered Palestinian headscarf.

Born in Jerusalem, he has been a key figure in the Palestinian political landscape, an indispensable briefer for foreign envoys and a suave tactician who can register indignation when necessary.

A member of the Palestinian parliament since 1996, Erakat was close to Yasser Arafat, historic leader of the Palestinian national movement, even though he did not follow Arafat into exile in Jordan, Lebanon and Tunisia before his return to Gaza in 1994.

In 2009, Erakat was elected to the central committee of the Fatah wing of Mahmud Abbas’s Palestinian Authority and to the executive committee of the Palestine Liberation Organisation.

He was an architect of the negotiations on a final settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, from the failed Camp David summit in July 2000 to the talks launched in Washington in September 2010 which were interrupted after less than a month in a row over Israel’s continued settlement building.

Appointed in 2003 to head the PLO negotiating team, Erakat briefly resigned from the post in 2011 because of “responsibility for the theft of documents from his office,” papers which he said had been “adulterated”.

He was referring to more than 1,600 documents on the talks with Israel between 1999 and 2010, released in January 2011 by Qatar-based satellite channel Al-Jazeera and dubbed “The Palestine Papers”.

Palestinian officials worked to limit the damage caused by their publication, which showed Palestinian negotiators prepared to offer significant concessions without securing Israeli guarantees on key issues such as east Jerusalem and the fate of refugees.

Although the documents did not cause major turmoil in Palestinian public opinion, Erakat’s position was weakened at the time by announcements the alleged perpetrators of the leaks worked for the PLO negotiation team he headed.

He had said an investigation into the leaks pointed towards three nationals of US, British and French extraction being responsible.

A former journalist with the independent daily Al-Quds in east Jerusalem, Erakat holds a BA and an MA in Political Science from the University of San Francisco.

He also has a doctorate in Peace Studies from the University of Bradford in England, and he taught at An-Najah University in the West Bank town of Nablus from 1979 to 1991.

Erakat has written a dozen books and lives in the …read more

Harrison Ford Addresses Author's Anti-Gay Statements

Harrison Ford received a round of applause for his words regarding Ender’s Game author Orson Scott Card this week.

Card has been vocal in his opposition to gay marriage, and Ford addressed the issue during a press conference at Comic-Con.

“I believe that none of Mr Card’s concerns regarding the issue of gay marriage are part of the thematics of this film” he stated. “He has written something that is of value to us all regarding moral responsibility. I think his views outside of those that we deal with in this film are not an issue for me to deal with, so I really have no opinion on that issue.

“I am aware of his statements admitting that the question of gay marriage is a battle he lost. He admits that he lost. I think we all know that we’ve all won. That humanity has won. And that’s the end of the story.”

Thermostat Management

By deweyman

My daughter lives in Las Vegas. They have a large house (4,200 sq. ft.) with three levels. The top floor is just a loft. There are five A/C units. Two for downstairs, two for upstairs, and one for the loft. They have been getting $600 electric bills, and are taking drastic, but perhaps not wise actions in an attempt to cut the cost.

They think that turning the A/C on and off when they leave the house during the day will save money. I keep telling them it won’t because when they turn it back on it has to cool down everything in the room that heated up while they were gone. So far they haven’t listened to me. Right now, they have stopped using the master bedroom on the second floor, and moved into the guest bedroom on the first floor and only run the one A/C for that area when they are home. It doesn’t make a lot sense to me. In my opinion they should set the programmable thermostat for the temperatures they want and leave it alone!

How does one analyze the situation to determine the best course of action between comfort and cost? They leave often for several days at a time. I think they should read the meter when they leave, and again when they get back to see how much the house is using with the A/C off. They do have a pool which no doubt contributes to the high energy cost.

Any thoughts I can pass on to them to get this under control?

Video: RIOTS And RALLIES 101: Trayvon Martin Fans Biting Hands That Feed Them

By CleanTV

In the wake of a jury finding George Zimmerman innocent in the killing of Trayvon Martin, African-American leaders have called for national riots–uh, rallies to re-empower themselves–uh, to remember Trayvon.

But just as viruses need living hosts to feed off of, so do liberals in a welfare state. And biting the hand that feeds them doesn’t make for long living viruses or hosts.

Such is the opinion of Jerry McGlothlin who gives a one minute crash lesson he calls Riots and Rallies 101.

Dolce & Gabbana Closes Its Stores in Protest

By Justin Fenner

Source: Instagram user StefanoGabbana

If you thought all the drama stemming from Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s tax evasion case was over, think again. This morning, citizens of Milan woke up to find all of Dolce & Gabbana‘s stores – which include boutiques, cafes, and restaurants – closed in protest against some strong words from the city of Milan’s Councillor for Commerce Franco D’Alfonso. The shops, whose windows bear signs that say “CLOSED FOR INDIGNATION,” are scheduled to be closed until Monday.

According to reports, D’Alfonso earlier this week referred to the two as “tax evaders” and said, “Italy does not need to be represented internationally by people like this.” He has since released a statement apologizing for those words, saying they were “not given in an interview, but extrapolated from an informal conversation” and “certainly did not express the opinion of the administration.”

But the apology couldn’t quell an overwhelming response from Milan’s fashion community: Santo Versace – Donatella Versace’s brother and president of the family’s fashion house – wrote a newspaper column praising Dolce and Gabbana, calling them “national champions” who “fly the banner of Italy high around the world.” Valeria Gentile, who works for the brand, tweeted “13 years with you, I completely agree with your reasons and decisions, that concern all of us working in your big business.” And Anna Dello Russo showed her support by posting a photo of one closed store to her Instagram feed.

Dolce, Gabbana, and a number of executives from their fashion house were sentenced to jail time and ordered to pay fines in connection with a tax evasion case just last month. The two designers have always maintained their innocence, and plan to appeal the decision.

NJ court: Warrants needed for cellphone tracking

Police in New Jersey will soon have to get warrants if they want to track suspects using cellphone data, the state’s Supreme Court ruled in a decision that affords citizens here more privacy protections than they enjoy under federal law.

In a unanimous ruling Thursday stemming from the arrest of a burglary suspect in 2006, the court directed that beginning in 30 days, all law enforcement officers must get a search warrant based on probable cause if they want to get access to cellphone locating data. Since 2010, police have had to satisfy a lower standard of demonstrating there are “reasonable grounds” to believe the information would be relevant to an investigation.

“No one buys a cell phone to share detailed information about their whereabouts with the police,” Chief Justice Stuart Rabner wrote. “That was true in 2006 and is equally true today. Citizens have a legitimate privacy interest in such information.”

Rabner noted that federal courts have been divided over the issue of cellphone tracking by law enforcement. In some other areas, he wrote, New Jersey’s constitution goes farther than the Fourth Amendment in protecting citizens from unreasonable search and seizure — particularly in previous cases involving Internet usage, bank records and hotel telephone records.

“When people make disclosures to phone companies and other providers to use their services, they are not promoting the release of personal information to others. Instead, they can reasonably expect that their personal information will remain private,” Rabner wrote. “For those reasons, we have departed from federal case law that takes a different approach.”

Rubin Sinins, an attorney who argued on behalf of the American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey and a state criminal defense lawyers association, called Thursday’s decision “vitally important.”

“I’m not surprised it was unanimous because the basic premise of the opinion is quite logical and consistent with citizens’ reasonable expectation of privacy in their cellphone usage,” he said.

In the 2006 case, police tracked Robert Earls to a motel on Route 9 in Howell using information provided by T-Mobile about the location of a cellphone believed to be in his possession. When he opened the door to his room, police saw items they believed had been stolen and arrested him. He eventually pleaded guilty to burglary and theft.

It wasn’t immediately clear how Earls’ case would be affected by the ruling since a lower …read more

I am trying to issue the time command on a program so I can see execution times but it is returning all zeroes. Like this:

time pdriver arg1 arg2
0.000u 0.000s 0:00.00 0.0% 0+0k 0+0io 0pf+0w

“0+0k 0+0io 0pf+0w” –> The “0+0io” may change sometimes to a different number.

How can I run the time command successfully? I’m using a unix terminal and my program is in c++.

Thanks for contributing!

The UNIX and Linux Forums

My argument is that my question was for running a particular command. I was trying to run the time command properly. That doesn’t constitute homework in my opinion. Now yes I just so happened to need the command so that I could do my homework but running the time command was not my homework. I’ve posted my actual assignment HERE. If anyone cares to read it they will see the actual assignment is more in depth than simply running a command. Even though I used the time command as my attempt, the real problem at hand is making a chart. I simply needed some basic unix troubleshooting help.

With all of this being said I would appreciate it if a mod/admin could please re-look at the situation and hopefully I can have my infraction removed. Thank you for your time.

‘Obama’s New World Order’ | The Weekly Standard

“The wall belongs to history,” President Barack Obama said, near the end of his speech in Berlin Wednesday. The Berlin Wall, which fell in November 1989, was not the only one he had in mind. Wherever liberal opinion perceives a barrier, physical or spiritual, to human equality, Obama argued, we must take out our chisels and […]

RI high court asked to overturn Legion will ruling

Lawyers contesting the will of a widow who gave some $60 million to a secretive and disgraced Roman Catholic religious order are trying again to have their case heard, filing court papers in an attempt allow the woman’s niece to sue.

The papers, filed Wednesday with the Rhode Island Supreme Court, argue that Mary Lou Dauray has the right to intervene in the estate of her late aunt, Gabrielle Mee, a devout Catholic who gave most of her money to the conservative religious order the Legion of Christ. Mee died in 2008.

The lawyers seek to overturn a ruling by Superior Court Judge Michael Silverstein, who threw out Dauray’s lawsuit last year, saying she had no standing to sue. But he said at the same time that evidence existed that Mee was unduly persuaded to give the Legion her money and detailed how the Legion slowly took control of her finances as she became more deeply involved in the movement.

A church investigation determined that the Legion’s founder, the late Rev. Marcial Maciel, sexually molested seminarians and fathered three children. The Vatican took over the order in 2010 and Pope Benedict XVI ordered a wholesale reform.

Dauray’s lawyers have said that Mee was defrauded by an order whose leaders orchestrated an effort to hide its founder’s misdeeds from her aunt. Silverstein said in throwing out the lawsuit that some of what was before the court raised a red flag because Mee transferred millions to “clandestinely dubious religious leaders.”

In Wednesday’s filings, Dauray’s lawyers argue that Dauray is legally interested in Mee’s estate and that Mee’s most recent will was obtained by fraud and undue influence by the Legion.

Silverstein said in his opinion in part that Dauray disavowed her interest when she said during a deposition that she didn’t want anything for herself from Mee’s estate, but instead wanted it to go to charity. Wednesday’s filing argues that comment should not have been taken as Mee disavowing her interest.

The Legion must file a response with the court by early August. The order has not studied the filing yet but expects to prevail, said spokesman Jim Fair.

Senior GOP senator puts hold on Dempsey nomination

A senior Republican senator said Thursday he will block Army Gen. Martin Dempsey’s nomination for a second term as chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff due to his dissatisfaction with the officer’s responses to questions about the potential use of U.S. military power in Syria.

Sen. John McCain of Arizona pressed Dempsey during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee to provide his personal opinion on which approach in Syria carries greater risk for U.S. national security interests: continued limited action on the part of Washington, or more significant steps such as establishment of a no-fly zone and arming rebel forces with the weapons they need to stem the advance of President Bashir Assad’s forces.

Dempsey said that he has provided President Barack Obama with options for the use of military force in Syria. But he declined to detail those choices, saying that “it would be inappropriate for me to try to influence the decision with me rendering an opinion in public about what kind of force we should use.”

During a testy exchange with McCain, the general added that he would “let this committee know what my recommendations are at the appropriate time.”

Dempsey’s response, McCain said, contradicted his commitment to provide the committee with his personal views, even if those opinions differ from the administration in power.

McCain told reporters after leaving the hearing room that he planned to put a hold on the nomination, essentially blocking any further Senate action until he gets an adequate response from Dempsey.

“I want to see him answer the question,” McCain said. “Hello!”

The situation in Syria, where a civil war entering its third year has killed almost 93,000 people, figured prominently amid an increasing clamor among Assad’s opposition for active U.S. involvement.

Senators including Carl Levin, D-Mich., the committee chairman, and McCain have been pressing Obama to take a more forceful approach to defeat Assad’s forces. While the administration has authorized lethal aid to rebel forces battling Assad’s troops, it isn’t trying to enforce a no-fly zone in which Syria’s combat aircraft would be barred from flying, or otherwise intervene militarily to halt the war.

“Senator, I am in favor of building a moderate opposition and supporting it,” Dempsey told McCain. “The question whether to support it with direct kinetic …read more

Right-wing candidate quits Chile presidential race

The conservative coalition’s candidate in the Chilean presidential campaign has dropped out of the race because he suffers from depression, his son said Wednesday.

The surprise resignation by Pablo Longueira was expected to further weaken the chances for the governing conservatives to beat former President Michelle Bachelet of the Socialist Party, who is the front-runner for the Nov. 17 vote.

“Our father is sick,” the son, Juan Pablo Longueira, said at a news conference. “After the primary election, and after taking some days of rest, his health deteriorated as a result of a bout of depression that was medically diagnosed.”

Longueira, 55, is a former economy minister and one of the founding members of the conservative Independent Democratic Union that supported Gen. Augusto Pinochet’s dictatorship.

He entered the race three months ago when Laurence Golborne, a businessman who had been seen as the center-right’s best hope for holding on to power, was forced out by a financial scandal. Longueira, who supports free-market economic policies and opposes gay marriage and abortion, won a primary held last month by the center-right Alliance for Chile bloc to choose its candidate to replace conservative President Sebastian Pinera.

“We respect any decision taken by him,” Patricio Melero, head of the Independent Democratic Union, said at news conference in the port city of Valparaiso.

“Once he knew of this illness that is troubling him, and taking into consideration the opinion of doctors, he was brave to make this decision that puts the interest of the country above anything else,” Melero said.

Party leaders will meet Thursday to pick a replacement for Longueira, an industrial engineer by training and a career politician who was close to Pinochet.

“This was such a surprising event. It wasn’t considered under any political scenario because the campaign is on its final stretch. This is a crisis for the right-wing coalition,” said Guillermo Holzmann, a political science professor at the Universidad de Valparaiso.

“This political crisis gives Bachelet an important electoral advantage,” Holzmann said.

Bachelet, who ended her 2006-10 presidency with high popularity ratings, is campaigning on promises to use a second term to fight Chile’s vast income inequality, change the Pinochet-era constitution and reform taxes and education.

Alternate juror in Zimmerman trial says he agrees with the verdict

An alternate juror in the George Zimmermanmurder trial says he supports the six female jurors’ decision to clear the former Florida neighborhood watch captain of all charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.

In an exclusive interview with MyFoxOrlando.com, Juror E54, who was one of four alternate jurors in the case, says he felt the injuries Zimmerman sustained during the altercation were the most convincing piece of evidence in the trial. He also said he believed it was Zimmerman who was screaming for help in a 911 call played during the trial, not Martin.

Jurpr E54, who asked that his name not be released and his face be obscured during the interview, also tells the station he relied on the testimony from the witnesses who heard Zimmerman and Martin fighting the night of the shooting.

“I call them ‘ear-witnesses,’ the ones who heard the noises and which way the noises were going. They helped me fill the gap,” he said.

The alternate juror is speaking out after four of the six female jurors in the case distanced themselves from statements one of the other jurors made in an interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper.

“The opinions of Juror B37, expressed on the Anderson Cooper show were her own, and not in any way representative of the jurors listed below,” said the statement, signed by Jurors B51, B76, E6 and E40. The six-sentence statement did not specify what parts of the other juror’s comments they disagreed with.

Juror B37 told Cooper she believed the actions of Zimmerman and 17-year-old Trayvon Martin both led to the teenager’s fatal shooting last year, but that Zimmerman didn’t actually break the law.

The four other jurors said in their statement that Martin’s death weighed on them.

“Serving on this jury has been a highly emotional and physically draining experience for each of us,” the statement said. “The death of a teenager weighed heavily on our hearts but in the end we did what the law required us to do.”

They also made a request for privacy. The court has not released the names of the jury, which included five whites and one woman who appeared to reporters to be Hispanic. B37’s face was obscured by shadow during her interview.

In a statement to CNN released Wednesday, Juror B37 said she prayed for those who have the power to modify laws that gave her “no verdict option other than `not guilty’ in order to remain within the instructions.”

Juror B37 had an agreement with a literary agent to explore a book deal. But under pressure from critics in social media, that relationship ended when she realized the emotions tied to the case once she was out of the bubble of sequestration, she said.

“My prayers are with Trayvon’s parents for their loss, as they have always been,” she said.

Court officials also released the questionnaire given to potential jurors on Wednesday. The six-question form asks if they had heard about Zimmerman or Martin; if they had formed an opinion as to Zimmerman’s guilt or innocence; and if …read more

Wall oven wiring – Type SE, Style R

Hi guys. I am replacing the original wall oven in a house built in 1987. I was originally confused by the wiring coming into the oven’s receptacle, but was told (on the phone) by an electrician that the wire sounds like Aluminum Type SE, Style R with 2 black hots and a bare twisted, stranded ground. They indicated to connect the oven’s two hots (black and red) each to one of the black hots, and to connect the oven’s neutral and ground to the large stranded ground in the receptacle. I did as he indicated and the oven powered and heated, but I wanted to get a second opinion before installing the oven and enclosing the wiring into the wall. Is this acceptable wiring? Please see the attached picture for the wires I mentioned. Thanks in advance for the advice!

Taliban commander regrets attack on Pakistani teen

A Pakistani Taliban commander has written a letter to a teenage girl activist shot in the head by the group, saying he wished he could have warned her to stop criticizing the militants so she wouldn’t have been attacked.

The commander, Adnan Rasheed, did not say the unsuccessful assassination attempt on Malala Yousafzai last October was wrong, only that he found it “shocking” and wished it hadn’t happened.

Rasheed, who has close relations with Taliban leaders, said the letter expressed his own opinion, not that of the group.

The Associated Press received the letter by e-mail late Tuesday and spoke to another Taliban commander Wednesday who confirmed it was authentic.

The Taliban’s attack on Malala, who was 15 years old at the time, sparked international condemnation of the militant group.
