Second Amendment: Old School Style

I’m not a New Black Panther. I do have claws, but they’re equal opportunity instead of being anti-White.

My brief isn’t scaring White folks on FOX NEWS or anywhere else by making empty race war threats for national airtime.

I’m also not like mainstream liberal Black activists, foaming at the mouth over Badge-On-Black crime committed infrequently by bad cops, while mum about daily Black-on-Black crime committed by thugs I unlovingly label as “chocolate Klansmen.”

I’m all about Urban Safety, i.e. the God-given right of inner city and other urban Americans to secure themselves and their property against homegrown insurgents.

It’s an old school concept, given the new fervor (really the same old anti-Black Self Defense Argument) on disarming urban stakeholders so we make better targets for thugs.

My personal “Urban Safety Act” is voted upon daily by not accepting the vulgarity and violence some wish to make an inner city norm.

I can take the easy way out and blame Mitt Romney, Newt Gingrich, and Republicans for what we do to ourselves on a regular basis.

Blaming White conservatives for Black (liberal-inspired) crime is a comfy cottage industry.

When yet another young Black man is killed, I could wrap a towel around my neck and sell out as “Cap Black, The Gun Control Crusader” and blame firearms manufacturers for what some Black folks do.

If I scratch where it doesn’t itch hard enough, New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg might throw me a couple of dollars like I’m a monkey buck-dancing to his civilian disarmament organ grinder.

Urban safety is today’s civil right movement, reinforced by a Second Amendment that allows us to defend ourselves like citizens of a Republic, instead of disarmed slaves awaiting abuse.

Why would the Chicago Public School (CPS) system be so presumptuous as to start teaching Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Transsexual Sex-Ed to all its students, even five year old kindergarteners? Aside from pure hubris, satisfying Gay political groups is a good guess; but the simple answer is because they can. The Chicago’s public schools are more than 85% black or Latino and just 8.8% white. A combined 87% of black and Hispanic Chicagoans live in poverty, so they are as dependent upon white liberals as house pets are to their owners.

If these numbers were reversed, the White ruling class in Chicago wouldn’t dare force this plan on its students; yet because they own Chicago’s minorities, they can treat them like house pets. It makes no difference what the conditions of the schools in Chicago are, or that they don’t teach their students basic skills. The White liberal ruling class tells its subjects where to live, what schools to attend, what will be taught, which stores they are allowed to shop in, and on and on.

Now Chicago’s White ruling class has decided bowing to Gay groups is more important than the innocence of its five year olds. There seems to have been no public hearings on this policy. There were no parents’ statements entered into the record about the plan. There was no discussion of how 5 year old kindergarten children would be affected by having their innocence wrenched away. Nobody asked how a child being taught the differences between normal sexuality and homosexuality was supposed to continue to believe in Santa Claus or the doctrines of his or her family religion. None of Chicago’s subjects was given a chance to ask CPS administrators if they were concerned about having teachers instruct grade school children about “Kama Sutra” positions. Was anyone concerned that homosexual teachers presenting LGBT material to five year olds is an ugly intrusion of the rights of parents?

Of course, the CPS uses the standard liberal excuse that the plan includes an “Opt out clause.” What about an affirmative “Opt in” clause? Oh, that might draw too little interest and force teachers to actually attempt to teach.

Conservative Real Life Superheroes

America’s comic book art form has inspired citizens to perform good deeds and even stop crime in progress.

It draws its appeal from biblical and classical lessons from Antiquity, updated for modern audiences hungry for heroes in these uncertain times.

“Real-life superheroes (RLSH)” is what the MSM calls us. Yes, I said “us.” I’m not only Cap Black online; that’s who I am on the streets too.

Since 2008, I took my various creative patriot activities and placed them under one superhero-inspired real-life username, “Cap Black.”

RLSH at that time were a great group of guys who encouraged each other to do more and better creative good.

As years went on, I noted many of them were politically left-of-center, but still supporters of private solutions to public problems.

I wish they’d pass this DIY ethic along to the Democrat Party!

I added “The Hood Conservative” to my Cap Black username to underscore the cultural crisis I faced as a creative patriot in the Hood.

Liberalism is the super-villain faced in these ugly zip codes. Thugs I call chocolate Klansmen, drugs, low morals, and squalor are all this ideological poison mass-produces.

Progressive RLSH can’t bring themselves to quite make this connection, despite regular humanitarian visits to these areas.

As an openly conservative RLSH, I’ve encountered more than a few masked Marxists who were once bosom buddies.

Like more conventional communities, liberals here are open-minded and welcoming UNTIL you state you’re (gasp!) a conservative or a Republican.

Then the rumor mill starts churning, and imagined wrongs are trumped up to unsuccessfully smear said conservative.

But as a square as I am, each attempt resulted in an epic fail!

Another creative patriot is my partner in our Heroes of America Facebook page. He’s the one and only Justin Tyme: The Redneck Superman!

He promotes patriotism, being a born-again Christian supporting police and the military. He’s also an excellent online graphic designer, which comes in handy for our Heroes of America Facebook page, where we creatively support conservatism without apology.

“Justin Tyme of Miller, South Dakota” is his personal Facebook page. Mine is “Cap Black The Hood Conservative.”

Only in America could two guys named “Cap Black: The Hood Conservative” and “Justin Tyme, The Redneck Superman” unite!

That’s the power of traditional values! They bring individuals together where lesser ideals drive them apart.

Conservative and libertarian RLSH activists favorably respond to my political posts, and we’ve formed a center-right network to represent views not usually heard from the liberal RLSH mainstream.

Conventional conservatives probably aren’t surprised by this double standard. They’re used to being snubbed at work or even by relatives for the “sin” of not being Democrats.

Why should “super” liberals be any more ideologically inclusive? Liberal is liberal, regardless of what one calls oneself or how one dresses.

One irony is how this progressive group reacts to yet another liberal: the two-fisted phenom called Phoenix Jones, hailing from the progressive stronghold named Seattle, Washington.

While sharing the same progressivism, many liberal RLSH nonetheless trip over themselves denouncing his brashness, PR flair, and the fact that, as a mixed martial artist, he’s literally able to fight …read more

In declaring his one-man war against the LAPD, etc. Christopher Dorner became the tactical equivalent of a Crip or Blood, ironically his opponents (we assume) while a Los Angeles police officer.

His litany of civil rights abuses isn’t license for a chocolate Klansman killing spree, where he terrorizes others for his own benefit!

I wonder if this self-deluded racial “crusader” has given a millisecond thought to how his rampage endangers other Black men.

If LA is as racist as his manifesto purports, his rampage means Black men will now feel even more racist wrath than before.

Our generation was force-fed a steady diet of Marxist garbage under the guise of Black “liberation.”

One consequence of this force-feeding is a seething anger toward American Whites, which the Left won’t readily admit.

I don’t think the 1990s vintage “Black Rage” defense will be trotted out in this case, but you never know!

The liberal paradigm dictates that the conservative White man is the author of our despair. That explains the hero worship Dorner’s rampage is getting from homeboys and hippies from coast-to-coast.

They see him as a “freedom fighter” instead of a super-thug using his police and military training to terrorize others.

I see nothing to applaud here as an American Black man. Advocates as diverse as the civil rights movement and even the Black Muslims under the late Elijah Muhammad agreed that attacking police was wrong.

Black men waging war against law enforcement obviously thrill pork chop revolutionaries like the New Black Panther Party.

For those of us attempting to contribute to society, Dorner’s rampage is a tremendous step backward.

Black liberal police reform activists should ask themselves what the blowback of this case will be.

Police departments may begin scrutinizing Black officers who protest too loudly about injustice. On the street, Dorner’s hero worship may translate into increased wariness toward Black male subjects.

The last thing Black male/police relations in America needed was yet another reason for officers to view us as high security risks.

That usually doesn’t end very well in use-of-force cases.

Christopher Dorner is the racist time bomb sixties radicalism set in the American Black subconsciousness.

Like a real-life character from the 1969 Black nationalist revenge novel “The Spook Who Sat By The Door”, Dorner infiltrated law enforcement and the military with a chip on his shoulder as volatile as plutonium.

Defusing racist time bombs within Black people and Black culture is why I call my dialogue with urban men “Make Peace With America.”

The absence of said peace writes bloody inner-city headlines daily and also scripts crossover carnage like Dorner’s.

Conservatives: “F- The Police!”

Hear the phrase, “F- The Police!” and one immediately thinks of the 1988 song by rap group NWA.

This sentiment may not be confined to the inner city alone.

Some White conservatives, far removed from the Hood, are no less trusting of law enforcement. The mid-20th Century inflamed today’s current mistrust.

The 1992 federal siege on Ruby Ridge and the 1993 televised armored assault on David Koresh compound fanned this sentiment among the Right in that time period.

Even the chairman of the National Rifle Association in 1995 famously called government agents, “jack booted thugs”!

From Clinton to Obama, there’s been a steady increase in heavy handed policing tactics which have strained relations with conservatives, usually law enforcement’s strongest supporters.

The recent fire storm caused by the publication of “Challengers from the Sidelines: Understanding America’s Violent Far-Right,” by West Point scholar Arie Perliger, has increased suspicion even more toward Obama-era federal policing.

Looming on the horizon is Obama’s civilian national security force, which he announced in a 2008 speech, off teleprompter no less, that:

“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded.”

Conservatives fear this force will be used for garrison duty in a United States resembling Eastern Europe under Soviet domination.

“F- The Police!” is a cry frequently associated with more than inner city gang-bangers.

White and other conservatives have joined this unlikely chorus, as Americans with little in common unite around a shared mistrust of law enforcement.

One hopes this changes given how police and conservatives serve as defenders of tradition, but as government grows bigger, this likelihood in some minds grows smaller.

Remember when Americans thought cops were on their side? Most still do, but many worry that statists will turn our police forces against us.

That’s why my motto as a police supporter is:

“I support good cops- not bad policy!”

I hate hearing about line-of-duty fatalities, including suicide, injury, or the living death of political witch hunts destroying careers and families they supported.

Unlike liberal Blacks who hate cops and love cons, I support good cops and seek to protect them from bad policy and engineered misperceptions in communities like mine.

While community relations in Black zip codes were more problematic, my grandparents’ and parents’ generations were pro-police, while also being anti-Jim Crow policing.

If they as survivors of American Apartheid didn’t blindly hate police, why should my or successive generations hate them?

Statism is a real problem, especially law enforcement in statist clutches (left or right). A liberal police state isn’t an upgrade over a conservative one, and visa versa.

I foresee growing law enforcement complaints coming from American Whites whose positive relationship with police ends as Obama police statism tightens.

Hotly debated gun bans and feared confiscation promises to be a flash point where copious complaints will flow.

To be fair, George W. Bush instituted a statist policing regime the likes of which many Americans had never seen.

His Patriot Act allowed federal agents to write their own search warrants without judicial review and enshrined unrestricted surveillance of electronic communications on par with the dreaded East German Stasi.

I’d joke that such eavesdropping always happened, but putting it in law meant Americans were really about to be placed beneath a microscope.

His being a Republican didn’t escape liberty lovers’ attention while this ordeal unfolded. Most galling to old school security conservatives like me is declaring passengers de facto inmates once arriving at airports.

This presumption of guilt, clumsily administered by his Transportation Security Administration (TSA), subjects every American to an Eastern Bloc experience few ever imagined possible.

Black folks are used to this overreach. Our history with American police began with slave catchers, private and otherwise, dogging our steps as captive Africans and Americans.

Now, our White sisters and brothers share this experience as well, and it’s no less appalling to me now that N-Word treatment has become integrated.

Statist policing is bias on gamma rays, with executives and officers so afflicted seeing themselves as institutional hulks who can smash and trample civil liberties during endless state-sanctioned rampages.

I support good cops- not bad policy.

Let’s elect folks who feel the same way. The public and police, local, state, and federal, should be on the same side.

Video: Saving The Hood From Chocolate Klansmen

This astonishing vision of unladylike vulgarity and violence is the daily, bitter harvest of what White liberals inflict upon American Blacks: ignorance of a sort that boggles the mind.

My Cap Black “Make Peace With America effort has the herculean task of either de-programming these folks (lost cause?), or barring that, assisting authorities in their prosecution.

Please note how Atlanta store manager Darrien Long (from the video) is garbed more like a police officer or military peace keeper than a retail supervisor against this threat.

In the Hood, one either is a “hero” resisting this threat or a hostage imprisoned by it. My old opening question during urban safety presentations unapologetically asked, “Hero or Hostage In the Hood- Choose?”

As crack destroyed my neighborhood and urban America in the 80s, I chose the former. I can’t allow savages with sagging jeans to dictate my reality.

Our White conservative brethren did their part during the Reagan administration by imposing harsh federal penalties on crack dealers and the mega-violence their trade brought.

Heeding the ironic cries of Black Democrats caught in the crossfire of drug turf warfare, so-called “racist” White Republicans made sure Black crime victims got first class treatment.

Unsurprisingly, Obama’s first term saw him reduce mandatory minimum sentencing for crack offenders, under the racist premise that it’s a “non-violent” crime.

I say the following with all due respect: let his wife or daughters become crack addicts like so many inner city women and we’ll see how long he’d consider this curse “non-violent.”

Urban safety is the civil rights issue confronting my generation. “Chocolate Klansmen” is my nickname for kill crazy drug dealers out doing the classic one in terrorizing American Blacks.

it also applies to vile, violent women like the one in the video who got the tasing she richly deserved..

Chocolate Klansmen are what White liberals need to keep themselves in power. The lower we sink, the longer they and their Black apprentices rule over our bloc vote.

Please note, White liberals won’t live beside women like this. Nor will they allow community street corners to be occupied by small boy units of crack dealers.

Such is reserved for those of us in slave quarters, which is what America’s inner cities are under White liberals and their Black apprentices.

Saving the Hood from chocolate Klansmen requires de-programming where possible, and cooperation with authorities.

The ratio tilts far more toward cooperation with authorities to prosecute them than the other way around.

My “Make Peace With America” effort isn’t about making excuses for savagery- it’s about making new patriots who build up society where it’s weakest, instead of tearing America down.

American Blacks who want safety and decency must find the “Cap Black” within to take charge and stand up to chocolate Klansmen instead of bowing down.

Saving the hood from chocolate Klansmen begins by telling them their savagery is unacceptable and meeting it with resistance.

Republican Racial Catch 22

Author’s Note: This is my American History Month (Black Liberal History Month alternative) message to the GOP and the Black community:

Obama’s second victory sent the GOP into its usual clumsy rendition of what I call “Republican Racial Catch 22.”

Racial Catch 22 is the impasse White Republicans and Black citizens experience by unspoken mutual consent- despite pundit carping.

The GOP doesn’t have more Black members because that’s a choice neither group has made in large measure.

The top two reasons include irreconcilable differences in ideology, and, in bold print in many minds, racism.

I’d like to parse the racism claim as follows:

Can Republican Black membership swell when most of their mental interpretations of the acronym G-O-P spells K-K-K?

No amount of ham-handed claims of MLK being Republican (not unusual for his generation) or recitation of notable American Black appointees will easily dispel this programming.

Conversely, numerous White Republicans skeptically dismiss increasing Black membership given our image of a group of die-hard socialists like Van Jones.

Giving Obama and any Demo-crack dealer on the ballot almost 100% of our voter turnout doesn’t fill GOP numbers crunchers with hope.

This is the Republican Racial Catch 22: a party whose bitter irony is that its ancient role in going to war over Black enslavement is now viewed as the enemy of our modern advancement.

Until White Republicans and Black voters finally decide to talk and work together at the local level upward, debating the expanding of the GOP’s Black membership is just whistling Dixie.

As founder of American History Month, the alternative to Black (Liberal) History Month, my advice comes from its motto:

“Celebrate U.S.- Not Us Verses Them!”

White Republicans and Black folks haven’t had enough adults step up and force them to play in the same political sandbox, instead of rock-throwing from across America’s partisan playground.

Colin Powell’s Command Performance

Colin Powell is a Rockefeller Republican and American hero whose race pride and moderate liberalism caused him to support Obama twice.

His recent appearance on the O’Reilly Factor was the latest installment of a two-term command performance for Obama.

As a Jim Crow vintage American Black, he sees Obama in the same Messianic haze as the rest of his, my, and the succeeding generation.

Older American Blacks erroneously feel Obama justifies every injustice they’ve experienced. This misapplication of the old school concept of race pride has been tragic to behold.

Obama’s big government policies resonate with the shrinking Rockefeller brand, which puts it at odds with today’s more fiscally conservative GOP (despite George W. Bush’s big spending).

Powell is what most Black Republicans once were: social liberals and moderates who thought the welfare state need a steady hand, as opposed to Democrat free wheeling.

They felt big government just needed the right management team, not reduction. They saw themselves as its careful stewards.

That perspective is at odds with current Republican thinking of any color.

Some speculate Powell is using Obama as revenge for mistreatment at the hands of the second Bush administration regarding his tenure as Secretary of State and his UN weapons of mass destruction presentation.

Perhaps.

As an American Black, I know only too well the mania his generation feels while supporting Obama at all costs.

They dangerously equate him as some secular equivalent to Jesus and declare Black opposition as civic sacrilege.

Given Colin Powell’s stellar military, White House, and foreign policy credentials, I hoped he didn’t see himself as a surly slave needing Obama as payback against his oppressors.

That seems a hope in vain.

If we’re brutally honest, Powell’s candid Obamaism merely articulates where many Rockefeller and even conservative Republicans who are Black stand on Obama.

They just won’t openly admit it.

Attacking the GOP as racist, while supporting a president who ignores growing Black suffering under his watch, is hypocritical.

Colin Powell’s command performance on Obama’s behalf shows just how badly American Blacks of his generation and others feel about America.

I understand his command performance because I see it daily in Black culture. Sadly, there is no pause button nor curtain call to halt this spectacle.

Despising Obama And The Demo-crack Party

My maternal grandmother was a patriot who loved America, respected the flag (even standing on arthritic legs when the pledge played on TV), and honored God, whom she reverently called “Father.”

She respected the office of president of the United States even while holding certain occupants in low regard.

She lived long enough to see Obama nominated by the Demo-crack Party, as it finally found the perfect dealer to addict even more Americans than his predecessors.

I despise the man. He’s a racist con artist manipulating Americans, especially Black ones, with low self esteem into giving him more power at their expense.

His two victories prove how dangerous “low information voters” are to free markets and the Republic housing them.

Racist liberals smugly sold Obama to fellow Whites as an “okay” Black man, given he had a White mother.

Black liberal racism watchers fumbled the ball on blowing the whistle about this first of endless slaps in the face.

Are only bi-racial American Blacks “good” enough to be Demo-crack standard bearers?

This fact is overlooked while they hypocritically race-bait conservatives, who ironically support American Blacks with same-race parentage.

Absent this genealogical disclaimer, 2012 may very well have decided Hillary Clinton’s or John McCain’s second term as president.

White liberal racism at the elite level clumsily manifested itself by offering American Blacks a candidate who wasn’t “too” Black and thus acceptable to the Demo-crack coalition of social program dealers and their clientele.

I despise liberal racists who manipulate weak-minded American Blacks and despise weak-minded American Blacks for allowing such manipulation.

Despising Obama means despising the way the Demo-crack party needs the electoral equivalent of crackheads to win elections.

Their racism and communist agenda put the worst right-wing bigotry to shame. At least right-wing bigots are honest about their bigotry!

I despise Obama and the Demo-crack party for trying to destroy America in the name of “equality” and “social justice.”

It looks like they’re succeeding.

I’m An “Allen West American”; Are You?

Allen West makes liberals mad!

And God Bless him for it!

They hate seeing American Black men loudly, proudly defend America, free markets, the Judeo-Christian ethic, and traditional values.

Doing this means no need for central management from the DNC and other communist controllers.

Liberals see Black folks as goose-stepping goons and basket cases on speed dial for their latest “Anything Goes!” schemes.

I often compare him to Malcolm X, another pugilistic plain talker who, unlike the former Congressman, aggressively promoted racial separation before renouncing it.

West promotes racial unity as part of a muscular American nationalism anyone can join.

Every group’s uphill climb, ours included, was so we could be citizens, not flunkies liberals use to extort money and sovereignty from America’s shrinking majority.

Allen West, like the aforementioned Malcolm X and Muhammad Ali, shows how one vocal visionary can impact society.

Our generation had barriers swept from our path, which many forefathers died thinking they would never fall.

I call us the first free generation of American Blacks, and we frankly should be much more like West than agitators mumbling division and criminality.

As the first February observance of what I’ve re-named American History Month (aka Black Liberal History Month) approaches, I’ve dedicated it to US Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, his generation’s conservative standard bearer.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t add I’m an Allen West American- loud and proud when need be!

Allen West answers a rhetorical question I’ve had for years. I ask, “When do we Black folks born here finally call ourselves Americans?”

How about now?

Mayor Bloomberg Won’t Disarm Guards

Plain-clothes NYPD officers (armed, one assumes) assigned to NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg briefly used journalist Jason Mattera as a human ping pong ball on a Washington, DC street

He’d dared ask would Bloomberg disarm his security detail in the spirit of gun control. In effect, he questioned whether the mayor would live as he wants average New Yorkers to live: defenseless.

It’s a fair question. I support good cops and private officers, but I also know that only politicians and the wealthy can afford them as personnel protection.

Joe and Jane America, especially in what I call this “non-economy”, can’t afford bodyguards. I have a saying for this safety disparity:

“Rich people get bodyguards; poor people get shot.”

Average Americans have little recourse in jurisdictions like New York or Chicago, where they’re effectively disarmed by socialists unmoved by explosive local murder rates.

The irony is worth figuratively beating these elitest hypocrites over the head with repeatedly. Every anti-gun elected official and celebrity is protected by someone with a gun.

Some of these anti-gun zealots may have statutory authority, licenses, or special officer designation allowing them to carry concealed firearms.

An especially arrogant few may even illegally carry weapons, confident it’ll be overlooked by the criminal justice systems they control.

Will we become a country where only thugs and the government can be armed?

Looks that way, if we’re not careful.

Stop And Frisk Arabs Too

New York’s “Stop & Frisk” program has liberals and center-right libertarians up in arms. Millions of street searches of American Black and Latino men incense these advocates.

“Stop & Frisk” is a forceful reminder to certain crime surplus populations that they can’t continue carrying illegal guns and using them with impunity.

Lest we forget, most Black and Latino criminals’ victims are other Blacks and Latinos. Aren’t their lives worth extra scrutiny?

It’s a civil rights question I’d love to hear liberals try to answer.

I’m fully briefed on police racism, but I’m also just as fully briefed on American Black and Latino urban culture promoting violent, felonious behavior.

On a homeland security note, I wonder whether “Stop & Frisk’s” deterrent value shouldn’t be applied to another population (Arabs) as a street-level counter- terrorism effort?

If New York police, politicians, and prosecutors defend this technique for use upon populations who don’t mount concerted terrorist attacks, would they oppose deploying it against terrorist surplus populations whose members fill headlines?

Imagine “Stop & Frisk” in majority immigrant Muslim neighborhoods, complete with dogs trained to detect explosive residue?

While terror lobbyists like the Council On American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) would lead the opposing chorus, alongside center-right civil libertarians, it would be very interesting to see what would be uncovered.

Political correctness has Americans with zero criminal or terrorist ties subjected to ridiculous online, camera, Humint (human intelligence), and personal scrutiny, while more likely subjects go unmolested.

A White grandma on a walker might be an Al Qaeda sleeper agent, but it’s more likely she’s a Christian or Jewish American senior with arthritis- not asymmetrical anti-Americanism.

Is foreign oil and domestic appeasement worth our liberty? Apparently, especially if you’re an American Black or Latino in an airport.

Our White sisters and brothers get ridiculously hassled too, all in the name of “fairness.”

Here’s another slap in the face members of Obama’s most loyal voting block receive at airports: natural hair pat-downs.

I kid you not; Black travelers with natural hairstyles (curls, dreads, etc.) are subjected to extra searches as if “Afro bombs” were a real threat!

TSA staff laughably state that thick Black hair somehow blocks x-ray scanners trusted to detect weapons hidden beneath layers of clothing!!!

It even has its own search engine phase, “Natural hair pat downs.”

Hmm, does a lot of Black hair equal a homeland security threat in Obama’s Amerika? I’d love to see how long this lasts if Obama’s family were abused like this?

Despite American Blacks being overwhelming Christian, with little organized terrorist activity (outside of against ourselves!), they are profiled by an Obama-era TSA to the exclusion of more likely subjects (i.e. Arabs.)

Including Arabs on the NYPD (and other departments’) “Stop & Frisk” schedules would remind would-be terrorists that America hasn’t forgotten what the majority of Islamist suspects look like.

Can New York, scene of two major terrorist attacks, afford not stopping and frisking Arabs and other terrorist surplus populations?

To quote returning talk show host Arsenio Hall: ”Things that make you go, ‘ Hmmm?’”

Be Bold: Escape The Black Trap

In the 21st century, perceiving yourself as primarily “Black” to the exclusion of individuality is tantamount to inserting a foot into an ideological bear trap, which will maim you.

Hereafter dubbed “the Black trap”, this act of tribal self-checking allows liberals of all colors to move us on the American checkerboard without accountability.

Tribal desperation gave Obama high majorities of the Black vote twice, in exchange for economic devastation the likes of which we’ve never seen.

That’s tribal Blacks fault-not ritually invoked evil conservatives and Republicans. That’s the self-checked position one assumes while captive within the Black trap.

We who aren’t in the Black trap have no indebtedness to tribal mindsets that undermine merit, traditional values, and political options.

For the duration of Obama’s second term, I list my ethnicity as “Bold”, meaning an American who thinks as an individual instead of like an appendage attached to a collective.

Bold Americans who happen to be Black are citizens of the present. No recitation of past injustice outweighs current self-development and effort.

As bad as this economy is, especially for American Blacks, how is obsessing about yester-year supposed to improve things?

Bold thinkers disarm the Black trap, thinking for themselves instead of relying on debilitating downloads from the pigmentary politburo.

The Black trap isn’t White folks’ fault. Instead of deleting past patterns of servitude and mediocrity, they’ve metastasized into this self-checked mindset.

Black trap thinkers en masse are low level socialists who can’t hold the group accountable for anything.

The way their White former Soviet peers praised the butcher Stalin is how they laud Democrats who keep a foot firmly on their necks.

Chocolate Klansmen murdering inner-city residents with abandon are cast as victims of racism.

Politicians, executives, and activists who abuse the public trust through fraud and nepotism are cast as victims of racism.

This low-level socialism mandates the Black collective be blameless; and White conservatives are the culprit, despite freely chosen wrongdoing.

Low level Black trap thinkers are fodder for social programs funding a middle class of office overseers.

They are human statistics used to validate social service budgets liberal politicians inflate to reward donors and buddies.

The Black trap is behavioral baggage we’re better suited tossing on the ash bin of history, instead of carrying like anchors around our necks.

Be Bold; escape the Black trap and become an individual trying to maximize present (admittedly scarce) opportunities, instead of avoiding them.

If Black was beautiful in the 60s and 70s, Bold is better for the 21st Century!

Being Political And Black Beyond The Democrat/Republican Dynamic

I’ve always advocated for American Blacks to represent themselves on both sides of the aisle in a two-party system- just like other Americans.

I’ve also been a Republican since the (fortunately) failed “high-tech lynching” of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas had me leave being an Independent.

Party affiliation aside, I know neither party places a particularly high priority on what Black citizens like me think.

The same holds true for non-insiders of any color. I’ve long known what it means to be political and Black beyond the Democrat/Republican dynamic.

As an anti-crime activist in Democrat-dominated inner cities, it means watching our chocolate klansman-induced murder rate ignored by politicians whom the victims’ families vote into power without fail- or results.

As a liberty activist, it means being stonewalled on official misconduct complaints by Democrats who feel their prejudice is above reproach because of the “D” behind their names.

It offers an unequaled vantage point where Dem Crow discrimination rampages unchallenged while Black liberals look for cops or White Republicans to conveniently protest.

Black skin is an effective disguise for Americans whose opposition to bigotry is bipartisan. We get to witness astonishing double standards distant White conservatives wouldn’t believe.

The GOP has its cadre of bigots, but at least they know enough to mask bias behind policy and privacy.

Democrat bigots will say things even the most racist Republican wouldn’t be caught dead saying. US Senator Harry Reid’s “Negro dialect” comment about Obama comes to mind.

A White Republican senator saying the same thing would have his resignation letter ready within minutes and even offer to commit hari-kari on the steps of the Heritage Foundation as proof of contrition.

As an American Black, like other independent-minded Americans, I place my individuality above partisanship.

While I think the GOP is better than the Democrat Party, that’s not really saying much. Democrats are a nightmarish collectivist cauldron of socialists, liberal racists, broke-basket cases, and more communist kooks than you can shake a voting machine at.

Any party looks great compared to that montage!

American Blacks who are Democrats or Republicans have an experience neither party can fully grasp, nor are the few Black officeholders on either side able to inject this into policy-making.

Black folks need tax breaks and gun rights support to combat too few marriages and too many thugs in our communities.

I don’t see the Democrats or Republicans floating bills to address either crisis. Black folks need more of our dollars in our pockets to fund fractured families off bipartisan radars set for the middle class only.

Inner-city stakeholders don’t need gun bans disarming them, while small boy units of thugs and larger ones of gangs use them for target practice.

Neither party wants to consider that arming and supporting law abiding Black citizens may be more effective than social (-ist) programs or tourist cops passing through these areas.

Democrats don’t want their Black slaves privately lowering their crime rate because that would put them out of cushy, do-nothing jobs.

Republicans could take this issue and run with it, but who among them is hip enough about Black people to even concede that all of us in the inner-city aren’t criminals?

On lower taxes and pro-gun advocacy for inner-city stakeholders alone, the GOP or some new center-right party could make Black inroads.

Being Black and political beyond the Democrat/Republican dynamic, especially if you’re not liberal, means never subordinating independent effort for indecisive partisanship.

Whether we make the bipartisan system or new parties responsive or not, we still have our hands full privately handling community and national challenges.

While our experience is unique, it still shares much with those of fellow citizens across the board.

In this sense, being political and Black beyond the Democrat/Republican dynamic is simply being American, which is where everyone should be headed!

2013: The Year Of Living Conservatively

Conservatives in both parties or no party should double down in 2013 to defend traditional values- without exception, squabbling, nor apology.

Traditional values are the moral equivalent of America’s feared nuclear triad: ICBMs, bombers, and submarines. They constitute our first and often last line of defense against moral relativism promoted by socialists.

Libertarians who feel that traditional values advocacy runs contrary to freedom still are members of the traditional values coalition, since the free market is mutually revered.

Social conservatives must understand that libertarian support for gay marriage or drug decriminalization aren’t absolute deal breakers, since most (if not all) libertarians aren’t socialists.

The year of living conservatively demands uniting around common principles, chiefly a free market and constitutionalism championed by social conservatives and libertarians alike.

Our common opponent is the Left in all its hydra-headedness, including Republican statists disguised as conservatives who are progressives’ secret weapon on Capitol Hill.

Freedom is our common goal, not “free-dumb” where producers are robbed at government gunpoint via high taxes and liberty-limiting laws.

A re-vitalized America with a strong economy, a secure family unit, an intact Second Amendment, and civic space open to all law-abiding expressions is infinitely better than present circumstances.

Let’s table bewitching and moaning about Obama’s reelection. It’s understandably painful and deeply troubling, but let’s move warp-speed toward resurgence!

2013 is the year of living conservatively for Americans who love liberty and oppose the voracious state grown by liberal Democrats and Republicans on high.

Living conservatively is about freedom, where traditional values and free markets reign, not “free-dumb”, where relativistic values and social democratic markets ruin.

2013 can be the year of living conservatively if we so choose!

Ray Nagin: Black Good Ole Boy?

The phrase “Good Ole Boy” is used to describe America’s age-old system of cronyism.

Its leading critics have sadly included racism lobbyists whose selective outrage never includes American Blacks engaged in graft.

Instead of eliminating the Good Ole Boy system, they’ve merely integrated it, as illustrated by cases like the recent federal indictment of former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin.

Previously, Americans would have stated that his claim to fame was being at the helm when levees tragically failed after Hurricane Katrina.

He now has made the dubious history of being New Orleans’ first mayor to face corruption charges in a town renowned for its culture of corruption.

That’s saying something.

Twenty one counts alleging taking bribes, funneling money to a business he owned, and other official misconduct challenges claims that Black faces in high places are all we need.

Cries of prejudice await deployment by Black racism lobbyists whose greatest wish is for Black folks to get in on the action- not end corruption.

“White guys do it (engage in corruption); why can’t we?” is their weak rationale. The long list of convicted Black officials only means to them that dark hands only are the ones that get punished for dipping into the public cookie jar.

That’s a sad commentary for a demographic whose watch word was once “you have to be be twice as good to get half as much.”

It seems our motto has now morphed into “Take the money and run!”

Nagin’s last term was winding down when I arrived here three years ago. I’ve had a ringside seat to monitor some of America’s most colorful and disturbing corruption cases in a town I’ve nicknamed the “real life Gotham City.”

My overriding concern remains how numerous liberal American Blacks overlook our crime on the streets and suites because they feel White people aren’t punished for the same offenses.

In Ray Nagin’s case, cooperating witnesses from his past will undoubtedly take the stand against him (including his former technology chief Greg Meffert, whom Black racism lobbyists will note is White).

Others wait in the wings, I’m sure.

Black observers in New Orleans and the rest of America have yet another high-profile scandal to experience.

It can serve as the latest mirror testing Black commitment to good government or expose hypocrisy by not being any better than those whom racism lobbyists ritually accuse.

Whether Ray Nagin is merely the latest Black Good Ole Boy to be exposed remains to be seen.

Corruption is wrong, regardless of its perpetrator’s color.

Pray To Help All America- Not Just Your Parts

“Lord, please help me help America!”

This is a prayerful affirmation I recite in the wee hours of the morning while writing or before sleep.

Some pray for Divine Intervention for themselves, their family, or their particular group.

I cast my spiritual net more widely, confident in the saying that “a rising tide lifts all boats.” I believe that helping the country as a whole helps my particular community too.

We’re in crunch time as a Republic, and balkanization ill-serves a nation whose misery is now truly integrated.

Once-reliable ethnic, educational, and employment safeguards have fallen by the wayside.

Our “non-economy” (as I call it) and Obama’s anti-job growth policies make beseeching Providence all we have left while struggling beneath this yoke.

A financially sound, stronger, more moral America benefits everyone, including Americans who may dislike each other for various reasons.

This isn’t an appeal to sentimentality- it’s a call to ask God to lift up our attempts to ensure national survival.

As our prayers go outward, let those who are willing draw together around common allegiance to traditional values and what’s left of the free market.

Belief in a Higher Power was what kept Americans as diverse as revolutionaries, slaves, and even astronauts resolute in the face of tremendous challenges.

We need to close ranks, lest despair and divisiveness fill the gaps and wreak even more havoc.

Much as we prize personal, family, and community well-being, asking for America to be blessed ultimately safeguards our individual stake, too.

That’s why I ask each of us to pray for the Lord to help us help America, all of America, instead of just our favorite part.

We are one expanded family who has to finally put aside differences to rescue all we hold dear.

Gun Bans Offer Affirmative Action For Thugs

A few years ago, a group of ne’er-do-wells tried breaking into my home and the abandoned house next door.

My steel security door kept them from getting in, and the shotgun I held was waiting if they somehow successfully broke in.

Because we had a Democrat district attorney whose checkered record on color-blind justice I’d challenged over the years, I knew that shooting them would result in:

A) Arrest. The local police at that time didn’t like my activism either.

and

B) Grand jury indictment, even though it was a home invasion with multiple suspects!

I called 911, told the dispatcher I was armed, and waited. Such is life when racist Democrats control your criminal justice system.

Like a pharaoh of old, Obama just signed a package of executive orders that reminds me of the above Cap Black real-life adventure.

Doctors will now serve as de-facto firearms enforcement officers, assessing whether certain patients need to be scooped up by law enforcement.

Sounds like a good idea; except in the hands of anti-gun liberals, don’t be surprised if Second Amendment supporters, Tea party members, and even Black conservatives find themselves fingered.

Liberals criminalize political differences, so I’d advise Right-leaning Americans to be very wary of Democrat doctors and other medical personnel!

They now have the power to do a lot more than writing you a prescription.

Another acute concern are phony allegations of mental illness being logged into proposed expanded background check databases to further disqualify dissidents from owning firearms.

If it sounds far-fetched, please consider how long liberals have worked to disarm average Americans. For a group of secular socialists, this goal is the closest thing they have to a holy grail.

Cloaked in the horrific mass-murder of White children to shock America’s shrinking majority into compliance, pro-gun rights citizens of all colors just got served notice.

Obama intends to disarm Americans. Democrats will trot out reliable fables of a racist, greedy gun rights movement anxious to make money off of misery.

They not-so subtly suggest that treason is also why so many oppose gun bans. Patriots will be spun as pariahs hellbent on waging war against their own country.

Meanwhile, back in the Hood, the laughter in the air is from thugs, gangs, and homicide rappers who never submit to background checks nor legal purchases for their stockpiles.

They’re also laughing because America’s first “Black” president ignores chocolate Klansman rampages because poor Black victims aren’t the Democrats’ top priority.

This gun ban means even more disarmed, law abiding victims for them to use as target practice.

Laughter is also heard South of the Boarder for the same reason.

Who said Affirmative Action was over?

Gun bans are affirmative action programs for individual thugs and street gangs.

That’s why they’re laughing so hard. Unequal odds over being shot by would-be victims are being evened by the US government.
