Video: Chicago To Indoctrinate Children With LGBT Sex-Ed

By Derrick Hollenbeck

sex change Chicago To Indoctrinate Children With LGBT Sex Ed

Why would the Chicago Public School (CPS) system be so presumptuous as to start teaching Lesbian, Gay, Bi-sexual, and Transsexual Sex-Ed to all its students, even five year old kindergarteners? Aside from pure hubris, satisfying Gay political groups is a good guess; but the simple answer is because they can. The Chicago’s public schools are more than 85% black or Latino and just 8.8% white. A combined 87% of black and Hispanic Chicagoans live in poverty, so they are as dependent upon white liberals as house pets are to their owners.

If these numbers were reversed, the White ruling class in Chicago wouldn’t dare force this plan on its students; yet because they own Chicago’s minorities, they can treat them like house pets. It makes no difference what the conditions of the schools in Chicago are, or that they don’t teach their students basic skills. The White liberal ruling class tells its subjects where to live, what schools to attend, what will be taught, which stores they are allowed to shop in, and on and on.

Now Chicago’s White ruling class has decided bowing to Gay groups is more important than the innocence of its five year olds. There seems to have been no public hearings on this policy. There were no parents’ statements entered into the record about the plan. There was no discussion of how 5 year old kindergarten children would be affected by having their innocence wrenched away. Nobody asked how a child being taught the differences between normal sexuality and homosexuality was supposed to continue to believe in Santa Claus or the doctrines of his or her family religion. None of Chicago’s subjects was given a chance to ask CPS administrators if they were concerned about having teachers instruct grade school children about “Kama Sutra” positions. Was anyone concerned that homosexual teachers presenting LGBT material to five year olds is an ugly intrusion of the rights of parents?

Of course, the CPS uses the standard liberal excuse that the plan includes an “Opt out clause.” What about an affirmative “Opt in” clause? Oh, that might draw too little interest and force teachers to actually attempt to teach.

Arizona woman reviled for son's murder may go free

Debra Milke was once one of the most reviled mothers around, convicted of dressing her 4-year-old son in his favorite outfit and sending him off to visit a mall Santa Claus with two men who shot the boy execution-style in the Arizona desert.

Milke said she had nothing to do with Christopher’s death, but a detective testified at her 1990 trial that she had confessed to him — and him alone — in a closed interrogation room. Prosecutors said she killed her son to collect on a $5,000 insurance policy.

Now, Milke could walk free, leaving death row behind after a federal appeals court threw out her conviction Thursday because prosecutors had not turned over evidence of the detective’s history of misconduct, including lying under oath in other cases.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel concluded that prosecutors’ failure to turn over the evidence deprived Milke’s attorneys of the chance to question Phoenix Police Detective Armando Saldate Jr.’s credibility before jurors.

And because it was the only direct evidence tying her to the killing, that fact could have swayed the jury, the panel ruled.

“No civilized system of justice should have to depend on such flimsy evidence, quite possibly tainted by dishonesty or overzealousness, to decide whether to take someone’s life or liberty,” according to the opinion by Chief Judge Alex Kozinski.

The ruling has raised questions about other cases in which the now-retired Saldate gave testimony.

The court noted four cases where judges threw out confessions or indictments because Saldate lied under oath and four instances where cases were tossed or confessions excluded because Saldate violated the suspect’s constitutional rights.

He was also suspended for accepting sexual favors from a female motorist he stopped and then lying about the encounter, it said.

Saldate, who was elected to a county constable post after retiring but has now left that post, could not be reached for comment Friday.

Arizona Attorney General Tom Horne said he intends to appeal the case to the U.S. Supreme Court and will argue it himself if they accept the case, saying the decision was the first to raise the issue after decades of court hearings.

Court overturns convictions of Arizona woman on death row

A federal appeals court on Thursday threw out the convictions of a woman sentenced to death in the notorious 1989 killing of her 4-year-old son, ruling that the case was tainted by a detective with a history of lying under oath.

The ruling marked a surprising turn in a case that made national headlines with the brazen and gruesome nature of the crime. Prosecutors said Debra Jean Milke dressed up her son Christopher in his favorite outfit and told him he was going to see Santa Claus at a mall during the holidays.

Instead, he was taken into the desert by her boyfriend and another man and shot three times in the back of the head as part of what prosecutors said was a plot by Milke and the two other defendants to collect a $50,000 life insurance policy.

Milke would have been the first woman executed in Arizona since the 1930s had her appeals run out. The Arizona Supreme Court had gone so far to issue a death warrant for Milke in 1997, but the execution was delayed because she had yet to exhaust federal appeals.

A three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Thursday that the prosecution failed to disclose information about a history of misconduct by a detective who testified that Milke confessed to plotting her son’s murder.

That record included multiple court rulings in other cases that former Detective Armando Saldate Jr. either lied under oath or violated suspects’ Miranda rights during interrogations.

Prosecutors are required to provide a defendant’s lawyers with material that might support a not guilty verdict, including material that could undermine the credibility of a prosecution witness.

There was no other witness or recording of the purported confession by Milke, who has proclaimed her innocence.

“No civilized system of justice should have to depend on such flimsy evidence, quite possibly tainted by dishonesty or overzealousness, to decide whether to take someone’s life or liberty,” Chief Justice Alex Kozinski wrote in the decision.

The trial amounted to “a swearing contest” in which the judge and jury ultimately believed the detective over Milke, but they didn’t know of his record of dishonesty and misconduct, Kozinski wrote.

The ruling reversed a U.S. District Court judge’s ruling and ordered the lower court to require Arizona authorities to turn over all relevant personnel records for the detective.

Once the material is produced and defense lawyers have time to review it, prosecutors will have 30 days to decide whether to retry her. If they don’t, she will be released from prison.

Maricopa County prosecutors had yet to read the ruling and had no immediate comment on the decision, spokesman Jerry Cobb said.

But the Arizona Attorney General’s Office said it was reviewing the case and will likely file an appeal.

Rick Romley, who was the county attorney from 1989-2004, said he remembers the fact were quite strong against Milke and there never was a question in his mind that she wasn’t guilty.

“If she walks, it’s a travesty of justice,” Romley told KPHO-TV. “You just can’t get around that.”

The World’s Greatest Welfare Recipients: Barack And Michelle Obama!

By Tim Powers

Obamas SC The Worlds Greatest Welfare Recipients: Barack and Michelle Obama!

As most of the taxpayers in America are upset with the low information voters who game the welfare system and refuse to work an honest day in their life to contribute, one thing stands clear. They have great teachers.

Your typical professional welfare gamer has no problem using their food stamp card to purchase steak and lobster; we have seen this with our own eyes many times in the supermarket. They are handed free housing, free medical care, free child care for the many illegitimate children that they may have, cash assistance, and any other perk that may be available. All without working a day in their life.

Sound familiar? We have a man and his family (including his mother-in-law) living in a house that is owned by the American taxpayer, being fed with food supplied by the American taxpayer, who is able to party with the rich and famous on the American taxpayer’s dime and take separate vacations from his wife, also at the taxpayer’s expense.

Now for his work history. He was absent when Americans were being killed in Benghazi, Libya. He was absent and had to be brought in from the golf course during the Osama Bin Laden raid. He was absent from the funeral of the great American sniper Chris Kyle, who died while trying to help fellow vets.  He has been absent from the conversations concerning America’s fiscal and employment problems. Instead, he concentrates on things that will give more perks to him and his fellow welfare recipients.

A short time ago, Rush Limbaugh referred to Barack Hussein Obama as “Santa Claus“. At this point, I beg to differ with Rush. Obama is just another welfare recipient; it is the American taxpayer who has become “Santa Claus.”

So as Obama continues to train up his fellow welfare recipients, all I can say at this point is to be sure to show up for work tomorrow because someone has to pay for it. As always, stay safe and be aware of your surroundings.

Why POTUS should say no to Keystone

By Danny Kennedy, Contributor

So it’s state of the union time and everyone is saying what they want from PoTUS, as though he’s some kind of Santa Claus. There’s lots I want including solar on the White House, per his dog Bo’s demand, but the big ask is to say no to Keystone. He can’t seriously mouth aphorisms on climate change if his administration is going to approve the opening up of a modern day Mordor in Alberta. And we cannot build the clean economy, full of jobs and wealth creating opportunities, if our political leaders remain beholden to big oil. …read more

American Santas: Let’s Help Vance Major, The VMan

By capblack

Vance Major American Santas: Lets Help Vance Major, The VMan

Fellow Americans, it’s time yet again to reach deep within, while also strengthening ties that bind with our national extended family.

Vance Major, aka the V Man, is a quiet patriot who spends most of his waking hours helping others: family, friends, and strangers get his attention.

They get so much of his attention he can barely stay awake most days. Vance doesn’t complain; he just keeps squeezing more good out of 24 hours than most think is possible.

He’s a fan of the great American comic book art form. Its four-color inspiration spurs his do-gooding done in these challenging three dimensions we call the real world. The real life villain called The Recession has hit Vance with its financially fatal form of Kryptonite.

He recently lost a job; and as such, everything from the roof over his head to his wife’s education is now a gamble.

I’m proud to call this man my brother and as such am initiating this plea as the first act of the American Santa project I’ve had in mind.

Americans are generous people. Santa Claus is a beloved symbol of Christmas generosity. I humbly submit that American exceptionalism can share Christmas generosity year-round.

That’s the American Santa Motto: “Christmas Year-Round!”

In that spirit, I’m asking for patriots to join my “Any Dollar Super Power” Donation to Vance Major, the “V Man”, to help him like he’s helped so many others, so often.

“Any Dollar” means just that, any amount from a dollar on up. American Santas aren’t often rich in material things but are wealthy in spirit!

God bless America!

Connecticut Christmas fire survivor wonders why she lived

Since the Christmas Day fire at her Connecticut home last year that took the lives of her three daughters and her parents, Madonna Badger wonders why she survived.

Badger, a New York advertising executive until the 2011 fire in Stamford, made it through the funerals for her children and parents. Then she fell apart, she tells the Hearst Connecticut Media Group.

Her hair turned gray and fell out in clumps. She waved a fistful of pills in the air and threatened to swallow them.

Badger traveled to Little Rock, Ark., in February to live with a friend from their college days. She says the only condition was that she promised to not commit suicide.

“I don’t know why I survived,” she says. “I told everyone I was going to kill myself.”

The fire killed 7-year-old twins Grace and Sarah Badger, 9-year-old Lily Badger and their maternal grandparents, Lomer and Pauline Johnson. The city investigated and determined the cause was accidental.

Firefighters arrived and dragged Badger off the burning building. A friend also survived the fire.

Badger remembers lying in a bed at Stamford Hospital for hours, screaming for her children. A doctor took her hand and told her that her daughters and parents had died.

“I remember coiling up into a little ball and I looked at the nurse,” she said. “I just wanted to crawl out of my body. I don’t remember anything after that. People in the hospital said I was just screaming and wailing.”

Badger wears three bracelets on her wrist, one for each of her daughters. Grace gave her the beaded bracelet on Christmas Eve and Madonna was wearing it when she escaped the fire. Two leather bracelets symbolize Lily and Sarah.

“Now that they’re not here with me physically, but here with me spiritually and every other way, I still want to be a great mom,” Badger said.

Badger is keeping her house in Little Rock for now and has rented a loft in Brooklyn and plans to start working again in January. She traveled to Thailand on Christmas with several suitcases of her daughters’ toys, collected from her garage after the fire. She planned to donate them to at-risk girls at an orphanage.

Santa Claus and retail signs and gift wrap and Christmas lights just doesn’t do it for me right now,” she said. “I don’t know if it ever will.”

Badger said she believes love is the legacy her children leave.

“They’re not going to write a masterpiece or a symphony. This is really it,” she said. “What saves you, what saves us all, is love.”

Sweden: Foreigner angered over gray Santa outfit

Police in Sweden had to intervene after a foreign visitor to a spa and conference center grew angry because a visiting Santa Claus was wearing a gray instead of red costume.

No one was arrested during the incident in Vallsta, some 300 kilometers (180 miles) north of Stockholm, early Tuesday.

But police said in a brief statement that the foreign guest grew agitated over the Santa outfit and argued with the center’s staff. They did not say where the foreigner was from.

Venezuela's Chavez up and walking after surgery, VP says

Venezuelan Vice President Nicolas Maduro said late Monday night that he had spoken by telephone with President Hugo Chavez and that the leader is up and walking following cancer surgery in Cuba.

It was the first time a top Venezuelan government official had confirmed speaking personally with Chavez since the Dec. 11 operation. Venezuelan officials have given few specifics on Chavez’s condition, and have yet to offer information on his long-term prognosis.

Maduro told state television station Venezolana de Television that the Christmas Eve conversation lasted about 20 minutes. He said the president was walking and doing some recovery exercises. He added that Chavez had given him guidance on budgetary matters for 2013.

“He was in a good mood,” Maduro said. “He was walking, he was exercising.”

“He wants to send a hug from the comandante to all the girls and boys in the country who will soon be receiving a visit from baby Jesus,” he added. Venezuelan tradition has it that baby Jesus delivers gifts to children on Christmas, along with Santa Claus.

Maduro’s surprise announcement came after Chavez’s ally, Bolivian President Evo Morales, made a lightning visit to Cuba that had added to the uncertainty surrounding the Venezuelan leader’s condition.

Morales was largely silent Monday on the details of his trip or even whether he met with the ailing Venezuelan leader.

Morales did not speak to the foreign media while in Havana. Journalists had been summoned to cover his arrival and departure, but hours later that invitation was canceled. No explanation was given, though it could have been due to confusion over Morales’ itinerary as he apparently arrived later than initially scheduled.

Cuban state media published photos of President Raul Castro receiving Morales at the airport and said he came “to express his support” for Chavez, his close ally, but did not give further details.

At an event in southern Bolivia on Monday, Morales made no mention of his trip to Cuba, even though aides had told reporters that he might say something about Chavez’s recovery. Later, Morales’ communications minister did not respond directly to a question about whether the two South American presidents had met face-to-face, saying only that he “was with the people he wanted to be with” and had no plans to return to Cuba.

“The report that President Morales has given us is that Chavez is in a process of recovery after the terrible operation he underwent,” Amanda Davila told The Associated Press.

Morales was the second Latin American leader to visit since Chavez announced two weeks ago that he would have the operation. Rafael Correa of Ecuador came calling the day of the surgery.

The visits underscore Chavez’s importance to regional allies as a prominent voice of the Latin American left, as well as how seriously they are taking his latest bout with cancer.

Chavez underwent his fourth cancer-related operation of the last year-and-a-half on Dec. 11, two months after winning re-election to a six-year term. He was treated for a respiratory infection apparently due to the surgery.

If Chavez is unable to continue in office, the Venezuelan constitution calls for new elections to be held. Chavez has asked his followers to back Maduro, his hand-picked successor, in that event.

Earlier Monday, Venezuelan Information Minister Ernesto Villegas read a statement saying that Chavez is showing “a slight improvement with a progressive trend.”

Luis Vicente Leon, a pollster who heads the Venezuelan firm Datanalisis, said that the government‘s daily but vague updates on the president’s health seem designed to calm anxious Chavez supporters rather than keep the country fully informed. For government opponents, however, he said the updates likely raise more questions than they answer.

“It’s more for the Chavez movement than the country in general,” Leon said. “There’s nothing that one can verify, and the credibility is almost nil.”

Maduro and several Cabinet ministers attended a Christmas Eve Mass in Caracas on Monday afternoon to pray for the president.

The vice president and other officials continued to strongly suggest that Chavez would not return in time for his Jan. 10 inauguration.

Opposition leaders have argued that the constitution does not allow the president’s swearing-in to be postponed, and say new elections should be called if Chavez is unable to take the oath on time.

But Attorney General Cilia Flores insisted the constitution lets the Supreme Court administer the oath of office at any time if the National Assembly is unable to do it Jan. 10 as scheduled.

“Those who are counting on that date, hoping to thwart the Revolution and the will of the people, will end up frustrated once again,” Flores said. “What we have is a president who has been re-elected, he will take over, will be sworn in on that day, another day, that is a formality.”

NORAD volunteers take calls about Santa's progress

Volunteers at a Colorado Air Force base monitoring maps showing Santa Claus‘ progress are only about three hours into their goodwill mission but have already answered more than 7,000 phone calls from people asking about the jolly old elf.

Phones are ringing nonstop at Peterson Air Force Base, headquarters of the North American Aerospace Command‘s annual Santa-tracking operation.

Dozens of helpers at NORAD are taking calls and tracking Santa’s location on large projection screens.

Volunteers also are posting updates for more than 1 million Facebook fans and 107,000 Twitter followers.

The maps show Santa is in Australia and heading west. The volunteers will keep updating through 3 a.m. Mountain Time on Christmas morning.

NORAD Tracks Santa began in 1955 when a newspaper ad listed the wrong phone number for kids to call Santa. They wound up calling the Continental Air Defense Command, NORAD‘s predecessor, and a tradition was born.

Progress notes:

— GIFTS IN HEAVEN: A little boy from Missouri phoned in to ask what time Santa delivered toys to heaven, said volunteer Jennifer Eckels, who took the call. The boy’s mother got on the line to explain that his sister had died this year. “I think Santa headed there first,” Eckels told him.

— IS HE THERE, YET?: James Solano took a call from a young girl and her father in Bangkok, asking when Santa would arrive. Solano checked the map and said it wouldn’t be long.

“The dad was saying, ‘We’ve got to get to bed soon,'” said Solano, an Army colonel.

“It was kind of neat,” he said. “They were very thrilled.”

Lexus Finds New Use for the LF-LC Concept: Santa’s Flying Luxury Cruiser

By Alexander Stoklosa

Lexus Flying Luxury Cruiser

Lexus’s stunning LF-LC concept first debuted at the 2012 Detroit auto show, but has since morphed into the very similar LF-LC concept for the Sydney auto show—albeit painted blue. Just in time for the holidays, however, the original red-painted LF-LC is back, and now it’s serving as Santa’s poorly Photoshopped fantasy ride. Playing off of the LF-LC name, the festive concept is called Lexus Flying Luxury Cruiser.

We have been unable to confirm whether the LF-LC can actually fly, but if the photo above is to be believed, it certainly can—after all, check that warp-speed blur behind the car, er, sleigh. Lexus says the concept’s hybrid powertrain is packing 800 reindeer power, but that it creates less emissions than a single reindeer. It’s not specifically called out, but we assume the LF-LC doesn’t, uh, emit the same way a reindeer does. A grille-mounted array of LED and infrared lights, as well as stereo cameras, were fitted to help Santa find his way without Rudolph, who presumably was unable to provide his way-lighting services this year due to a stomach bug that left him emitting too much. Blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert systems ensure the guy in the red suit won’t tangle with any commercial airliners during his Christmas Eve journey, but NORAD will be all over that, anyway. Oh, and Lexus installed a pair of sleigh-like skids beneath the LF-LC, which sort of render the giant chrome wheels, brakes, and suspension superflous.

Comparison Test: 2013 Lexus GS350 vs. 2012 Audi A6 3.0T Quattro
First Drive: 2013 Lexus LS460 / LS460 F Sport / LS600hL
First Drive: 2013 Lexus ES350

To keep the spirit of the season alive, we’ll set aside our questions regarding the Lexus Flying Luxury Cruiser’s cargo capacity, flight-enabling hybrid drive system, and apparent lack of headroom for what appears to be a 7/6th-scale Santa Claus—and instead focus on Lexus’s clever repurposing of its most striking concept car in some time. One thing’s for sure: The production coupe previewed by the LF-LC concept family won’t fly.
