The MSM is no longer the only propaganda machine for the Obama regime. With the demise of the restriction on propaganda, broadcasting to citizens from our own government has been repealed. The Smith-Mundt Modernization Act of 2012, buried deep within the last National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for 2013, now allows our dissembler-in-chief to broadcast propaganda directly to American citizens.
It went live on July 2nd. This will be a day that will demarcate the death of the Republic as Obama can now move forward with whatever agenda he wishes and will not have to worry about what the MSM says, does, or broadcasts; he has his own taxpayer-funded machine.
This can only inflame an already disquieted population and proves beyond a shadow of doubt the complicity of Congress with his agenda. It follows that this latest piece of legislation fits nicely with the IRS, NSA, and DOJ initiatives to stifle all opposition to the Obama agenda and can be used to shape public opinion that is turning decidedly oppressive, dictatorial, and capricious.
Curious that this law took effect shortly after all these scandals came to light, with even the MSM reporting on them? This is a wholesale abrogation of our founding principles as found in the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution (and can only further the goals of tyranny.)

The dispute over Barack Obama’s eligibility captured the imagination of the American public with stunning revelations, lawsuits, a best-selling book and, finally, the release of what was described as the “original” birth certificate from Hawaii in an attempt to silence the doubters.
Since that time, it’s been mostly Obama’s defenders gloating and deriding anyone who questions the official narrative as so-called “birthers.”
That might change soon, according to the lead investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse in Arizona, which was assigned to do a thorough investigation of the document posted by the White House as Obama’s birth certification.
Lt. Mike Zullo told WND there is interest being expressed in Congress about the investigation’s conclusion that the White House document is fraudulent – an image created on a computer.
A contingent of citizens in Maricopa County had asked Arpaio to look into the issue because they were concerned an ineligible candidate would be on their 2012 presidential election ballot.

I believe Obama was right when he said that,”If I had a son, he would look just like Trayvon.” According to a WND article, Trayvon acted like Obama by taking drugs. That would easily explain what Zimerman said, that Trayvon acted aggressively towards him. The less than Honorable AG, Eric H. Holder, should announce that the Feds are not going to pursue a civil-right investigation against Zimmerman in light of this new information.
With the advent of the Boston Marathon bombing, America is beginning to feel like some parts of the Middle East. Consider the frequency with which you hear about a suicide bomber setting himself off in the middle of a shopping area or at a mosque in Iraq, Iran, Syria, or Israel. It’s almost a weekly event. Since Timothy McVeigh blew up the government building in Oklahoma, there has been a steady increase in the number of domestic bombings here in America. Is the price we must pay for having a free society the terrorizing of our citizens?
America has been a melting pot for the gathering of the nations since her inception, but those who come to her shores these days often bring sentiments with them that are not favorable to the rest of us. Instead of moving here to start life over with all of the opportunities America has to offer, many come here now to spread the poison of their radical religious beliefs, or specifically for the purpose of trying to destroy our nation through covert terrorist activity. Over the years, these newcomers have been able to convince some of our citizens that violence against our own people is a valid way of expressing their disagreement with our politics.
This is not to say that the bombing in Boston will turn out to be the result of a foreign terrorist action, but the point to be made is that we are no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave that so many foreigners sought refuge in in days gone by. Granted, our nation was started with political violence, but it was because of outside powers taking unlawful actions against us. Today’s violence has nothing to do with moral motives. We are one of the last bastions of freedom on the planet; and there are many, both inside our borders and outside of them, who desire to see that liberty destroyed and replaced with a socialist government. What will it take to preserve our freedoms?
It’s not hard to imagine a day in the near future when armed guards will be visible everywhere on our streets. You’ll see them in restaurants, at gas stations, and in shopping centers. For certain, there is an armed presence in our country as of today, but nothing compared to what may become a reality for us as our government seeks to find a way to combat the type of guerrilla warfare that is growing on our streets. Israel protects itself with machine gun-packing police officers covering the streets daily. Is that the future we can expect in America?

April 15, 2013, Boston, Massachusetts: The Boston Marathon, one of the only six world marathon majors and the oldest marathon in the world, was interrupted by terrorist bombs exploding at the finish line.
Three people are reported dead, and between 130 and 144 people have been hurt, maimed, or seriously injured. Some spectators have lost limbs, and early reports said two brothers both have lost their legs.
After promising that the full resources of the government would be brought to bear on the bombings, including the FBI and Homeland Security, Mr. Obama called the terrorist act a tragedy.
Obama said, “Boston police, firefighters, and first responders as well as the National Guard responded heroically, and continue to do so as we speak. It’s a reminder that so many Americans serve and sacrifice on our behalf every single day, without regard to their own safety, in dangerous and difficult circumstances. And we salute all those who assisted in responding so quickly and professionally to this tragedy.”
The President was quick to say that “We still do not know who did this or why. And people shouldn’t jump to conclusions before we have all the facts.” The President’s cautionary note was ignored by CNN analyst Peter Bergen, who said “al-Qaida often uses hydrogen peroxide explosives – while another explosion might signal that a “right-wing extremist” was involved.”
Between the president’s use of the word ‘tragedy’ and Bergen’s use of the phrase “right wing extremist,” we see a leaning toward excusing any Muslim extremist before anything at all has been determined about who is responsible for planting the bombs in Boston.
In spite of the fact that every major act of terrorism around the world (even prior to 9/11) has been planned and conducted by Muslim extremists, it doesn’t keep the left and the democratically controlled media from taking their licks against the conservatives, even if it is only a suggestion. Apparently, CNN decided not to take the president’s warning to move slowly very seriously.
Reza Kahlili, a journalist and contributor to WND, has been warning that Muslim extremists have agreed to attack western targets, including sports gatherings. Kahlili has written several articles that explain the Muslim commitment to these attacks and has written a book entitled “A Time to Betray,” published by Simon Shuster.
Fox’s Bill O’Reilly has been the only news anchor so far to make note of the presidents use of the word ‘tragedy’ rather than labeling the despicable act as a clear act of terrorism. O’Reilly also said that the president should recognize that the slaughter of children and innocent people is an ‘act of war’ – not a tragedy.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg’s “Mayors Against Illegal Guns” organization was revealed last fall to include a long list of mayors who, because of their convictions, were no longer eligible to own weapons themselves.
Now another embarrassment has surfaced for the organization.
According to a report from the Second Amendment Foundation, Mayor James Schiliro, of Marcus Hook, Pa., now is facing a long list of charges for allegedly trying to force an underage boy to perform sex acts – and then firing one of three handguns he grabbed at a wall when the boy refused.
“Mayor Schiliro is one more example of why we started the ‘Gun Owners Against Illegal Mayors’ campaign,” said Alan Gottlieb, the organization’s executive director.
“He joins recently convicted former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, and recently indicted former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin, both of whom were MAIG members.”

WASHINGTON – A court fight over documentation of the Fast and Furious scandal, where the U.S. government trafficked weapons to drug dealers in Mexico, is just ratcheting up now.
But Katie Pavlich, author of the New York Times bestseller “Fast and Furious: Barack Obama’s Bloodiest Scandal and the Shameless Cover-Up,” news editor of Townhall.com and an expert on the Fast and Furious scandal, says the documents will be “damning” for Attorney General Eric Holder, and possibly even President Obama.
She said both politicians should be concerned “based on the evidence that Attorney General Eric Holder chang[ed] his testimony multiple times under oath in front of Congress.”
“I think these documents are pretty damning to him,” she told WND in an exclusive interview.
It was reported just last month that a federal judge has ordered the House Oversight Committee and Holder to work with a mediator in their battle over the paperwork from the Fast and Furious scandal.

Many cases challenging Barack Obama’s presidential eligibility have come and gone, but now an appeal has been filed with a state Supreme Court led by a newly elected chief justice who has expressed doubt about Obama’s qualification for office.
Roy Moore was elected chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court last November, a decade after he defied a federal order to remove a Ten Commandments monument from the state Supreme Court building.
Now, 2012 Constitution Party presidential nominee Virgil Goode and Alabama Republican Party leader Hugh McInnish are asking the state’s highest court to force Secretary of State Beth Chapman to verify that all candidates on the state’s 2012 ballot were eligible to serve.
Attorney Larry Klayman, founder of the Washington, D.C.-watch dog Judicial Watch and now head of Freedom Watch, filed the appeal Tuesday with the Alabama Supreme Court, asking for oral arguments.
“We are hopeful that Chief Justice Moore and the rest of the jurists on the Alabama Supreme Court will follow the law,” Klayman told WND.
John Cruz, a former HSBC (global Swiss Bank) Senior Vice President for Relationship Management has charged Obama’s Department of Justice under Eric Holder as handing them a virtual “slap on the wrist” for being a criminal enterprise. HSBC agreed to pay a fine of $1.92 billion dollars for money laundering profits from Mexican and Columbian drug cartels, which is the least offensive crime they commit on an ongoing basis, to end the matter and DOJ involvement.
A Senate hearing on this matter was held last week in what has become standard operating procedure (SOP) for the Obama administration on the corruption of the “Rule of Law.”
In effect, Mr. Holder believes that some “banks” are too big to prosecute for illegal and criminal activity, as it will cause irreparable harm to the national and world economy. It makes no difference that this action gives tacit approval to the financing of global terrorism or drug cartel efforts to spread their poison onto our streets (and allows the American people to pay a heavy price for this lawlessness in increased criminal activity.) Chicago’s horrendous murder rate comes to mind as just one consequence…culminating in over 510 homicides in Chicago last year alone, with a majority fueled by the illegal drug trade.
The following excerpts are from Eric Holder’s revealing testimony before the Judiciary Committee as relayed in an article from WND (video of John Cruz, parts 1 and 2, at the end of the article is worth watching):
“Banks the size of HSBC are “too big to jail,” as a member of the Senate panel put it.
“I am concerned that the size of some of these institutions becomes so large,” the attorney general confessed, “that it does become difficult for us to prosecute them when we are hit with indications that if you do prosecute, if you do bring a criminal charge, it will have a negative impact on the national economy, perhaps even the world economy.
“And I think that is a function of the fact that some of these institutions have become too large,” said Holder.”
Holder’s later testimony showed the callous indifference to the workings of a criminal enterprise that has engaged in money laundering, financing of terrorism, and outright fraud. A criminal enterprise that is masquerading as a legitimate bank that can affect the entire world’s economy is in desperate need of investigation and prosecution as relayed by Sen. Grassley:
Sen. Charles Grassley, R-Iowa, asked Holder to explain why federal and state authorities decided not to indict HSBC after it admitted funneling cash to Mexican drug cartels, helping rogue regimes avoid sanctions and assisting Saudi banks tied to terrorism.
The senator said, “I’m concerned that we have a mentality of too-big-to-jail in the financial sector of spreading from fraud cases to terrorist financing and money laundering cases – and I cite HSBC.”
Holder replied: “The concern that you have raised is one that I, frankly, share.”
However, Holder said he was not specifically referring to HSBC, because it would not be “appropriate.”

He’s a fourth-generation Boy Scout leader, recipient of an award for distinguished leadership and a member of the Southern Region committee as well as an ad hoc member of the national committee.
But if the Boy Scouts of America’s national executive board follows through this week with a proposal to reverse a century-old policy and allow homosexuals in its ranks, Steve Elwart of Vicksburg, Miss., says he’s one of many Scout leaders throughout the leadership structure who will resign.
Elwart, a 30-year veteran of Scouting, explained to WND that with a model program already in place to protect Scouts from sexual abuse, his concern is not that pedophiles will infiltrate the organization if the policy is changed.
Calling that issue a “red herring,” his concern is more fundamental.
“Homosexuality is not a value I want to see imparted on my children,” he said. “And a lot of parents feel the same way, that homosexuality is not OK.”

The explosions at Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility Jan. 21 killed at least 40 people, including two North Koreans, WND learned Sunday.
Meanwhile, the Islamic regime is labeling WND a “mouthpiece of the CIA” for its exclusive reporting of the blasts.
The bodies of 11 of the technicians and scientists are beyond recognition, a member of the security forces at the facility told WND. According to the source, 60 others are in critical condition and have been transferred to the central base of the 27th Division of Mohammad Rassool Allah. The base, between Tehran and Qom, is equipped with a modern medical facility.
At the time of the explosions, the source said, 203 Iranian scientists and technicians along with 16 North Koreans had been logged in at the site, though the initial report listed 240 people.
The day before the explosions, the North Koreans had brought in new equipment, described by the source as touch-screen monitors the size of TVs that were installed in the monitoring room and some new parts that were installed in the centrifuges before the start of the enrichment process.

Critics of Obama say he simply hates guns.
Obama’s long-term antipathy to the Second Amendment is evidenced by a case that came up when Obama was an Illinois state senator and Obama worked to prosecute criminally a man who stopped a home-invasion burglary that happened while his children were asleep in their beds.
