Video: Millions Of Americans Set To Gather In DC On Sept. 9th

By Bobby Powell

On September 9th, millions of Americans will gather in Washington D.C. to let their Congressmen and Senators know that they are sick and tired of the crimes being committed by the Obama administration, that they have had enough of the coverups, lies, and scandals that are endemic in the Executive Branch, and that they want their elected Representatives to take immediate action to Impeach – and imprison – Barack Hussein Obama and his Attorney General Eric Holder.

The Real Black-on-Black Crime: The Racial Grievance Industry

By Derryck Green

RACE BLUDGEON The Real Black on Black Crime: The Racial Grievance Industry

It’s been a week since the jury found George Zimmerman not guilty of second-degree murder for the killing of Trayvon Martin.  And it’s been that long since America has been unmercifully subjected to non –stop coverage of false indignation manifesting itself in “demonstrations,” self-righteous laments about the verdict’s implication, continued emotional manipulation of black Americans for political gain ($harpton, Jack$on, M$NBC, the NAACP, the president, Eric Holder, etc.) and so-called discussions about race and what it means to be “a black man in America.”

As a parenthetical, president Obama injecting himself- again- on Friday was particularly and expectedly disappointing.  Rather than saying something constructive, seeking to extend a sense of calm regarding the situation, he did the exact opposite.  But what else can one expect from a community organizer.

Now to be honest, all this talk about race is intentionally shortsighted, disingenuous to those who actually need to hear the tough talk surrounding race- namely black Americans, and self-serving of those who would benefit most- specifically the dishonest and soulless profiteers of the racial grievance industry.

And because of the proliferation of media attention regarding the “discussions about race” and its implications- especially in such a short period of time, I’m suffering from a diagnosed case of acute racial fatigue.

I’m sick and tired of hearing superficial “discussions” about race.  Especially when that talk implicates whites and infantilizes blacks.

Actually I’m sick of “race,” period.

I’m tired of Trayvon Martin being compared to Emmett Till- which by extension projects upon contemporary America a racial ethos similar to that of 1955. Martin was no Till, period.

I’m tired of hearing that Martin sacrificed his life or that he was some kind of martyr.  Please, already. Those making these comments deserved to be slapped and or openly ridiculed.

I’m tired of seeing the Rev. Martin Luther King photoshopped into a hoodie.  This is nothing short of repulsive and it denigrates the memory of Rev. King’s contribution to racial justice.  Our country shall forever be in debt to Rev. King; the same cannot and should not be said nor insinuated about Trayvon Martin.

I’m especially exhausted of hearing talk from condescending white progressives who enable and encourage blacks into maintaining their embrace (revelry) of the false narrative of victimization at the hands of “the system,” the amorphous, undefinable organism whose sole purpose is keeping blacks from “getting ahead.”

These embarrassing “demonstrations” happening across the county increase racial fatigue because those engaging in them do so at the expense of their dignity and credibility.  These people have willingly ignored the facts and evidence of this case in a grandstanding attempt to keep whites responsible (guilty) for perpetuating racial discrimination and at the same time obligated to perform penance of indeterminate length- defined by the racial grievance industry- with no assurance of absolution.

And they do all of this in light of the black-on-black crime that is much more destructive and prevalent in America than a “white Hispanic” killing a black male.

The whole charade is disgusting.

And I’m tired of it.

This trial wasn’t about race. Martin’s family …read more

To Paraphrase Hank Jr: Are You Ready For Some Race Riots?

By Fred Weinberg

Harry Reid To Paraphrase Hank Jr: Are You Ready For Some Race Riots?

Harry Reid (D-Washington DC Ritz Carleton) has truly come full circle.

That is, he used to represent the state of Nevada; and now he represents the highest political bidder, but is still nominally elected from Nevada.

When I first moved to Nevada from Oklahoma, I was advised by Oklahoma Senator Jim Inhofe that I would meet Reid, he would come off as my friend (I had just purchased a Las Vegas radio station) and a conservative, and I would soon discover that neither was true.

As usual, Oklahoma’s senior Senator was right on the money.

Harry’s latest outrage was a Saturday comment after the George Zimmerman acquittal urging Eric Holder’s department of so-called justice to re-investigate the incident and, presumably, bring Federal charges against Zimmerman.

To paraphrase Hank Williams Jr., Are You Ready For Some Race Riots?

Nobody won the Zimmerman trial.

Zimmerman himself will have to live the rest of his life with the death of a 17-year-old kid on his conscience.

The prosecution will have to live with the fact that they perverted our system to bring charges that had not a shred of evidence, all just to make some race-baiting poverty pimps in Florida and New York with political influence happy.

And Barack Obama will have to live with one of his famous loose-lipped open pie hole comments that if he had a son, he would look like Treyvon Martin, the dead kid.

For the Feds to try and prove some kind of a “civil rights” case against Zimmerman would be an overreach of the kind that could easily ignite the middle class which has seen the President’s so called administration run guns to Mexico, use the IRS to screw its opponents, and justify spying on innocent Americans in the name of national security.

If the animals in Oakland (or anywhere else) who did their best imitation of the race riots in Watts want to spread their gospel with violence, I suspect that in 2013, the people who they will try and commit violence against are ready for it and willing to fight back.

That makes this an even bigger powder keg.

The next Watts or Detroit will probably be met with citizen resistance.  People – all kinds of people – are sick and tired of being pushed into a level of political correctness on the question of race.

We have a black President.  We have one of the most incompetent Attorneys General in the history of the United States who also happens to be black.  The civil rights movement won.  It was a worthy battle, but it is OVER!

What you are seeing today is the race-baiting poverty pimps who cannot any longer live off a movement that won its battles years ago. These are people who need to get a real job and life.

Instead, they seize on a case like this to try and regenerate their pathetic “movement.”

“Self-defense Shouldn’t Be Practiced By The Common Folk”

By Doug Book

gun control sign SC Self defense shouldn’t be practiced by the common folk

“Under no circumstances should people be able to confront others in a hostile manner, end up using deadly force, and escape punishment.”  Such is the far from unconventional viewpoint of UCLA Law Professor Adam Winkler. But it’s not the doings of actual thugs and lawbreakers that worry the professor. His concern is about people who “take advantage” of Stand Your Ground laws, laws which according to Winkler “unambiguously authorize people to pursue and confront others” and encourage vigilantism.

Of course, the professor is not alone in spreading his deliberately false description of the contents of Stand Your Ground legislation. Three days after the George Zimmerman verdict, AG Eric Holder told members of the Orlando NAACP that “’stand your ground’” statutes can ‘undermine public safety’ and ‘victimize too many who are innocent.’” They are laws that “senselessly expand the concept of self-defense and sow dangerous conflict in our neighborhoods.” That there is no evidence Stand Your Ground legislation now in force in over 30 states actually brings about the Wild West vigilantism so feared by the Attorney General doesn’t prevent his making the claim that self-defense-minded killers are everywhere poised and ready to strike.

But why is the left so adamantly opposed to legislation that does away with the requirement to retreat first when faced with a potential threat of great harm? (By the way, most Stand Your Ground laws simply do away with the requirement to retreat. They do not grant a new “privilege” to needlessly obliterate an attacker.)

The reason is that liberals recognize the danger inherent in news of an average citizen successfully exercising his right of self defense. Allow the spread of stories in which a victim turns the tables on his attackers, and suddenly, people become skeptical of placing responsibility for their safety and security in the hands of a far off policeman.

And for a left that believes that only the police and other approved, government officials should have the right to carry a gun, it is especially the defensive use of firearms that causes panic. For how can liberals square as many as 2.5 million yearly uses of firearms in self-defense with their agenda of disarming the American public?

The Regime’s current, focused attack against Stand Your Ground legislation should fool no one. For it’s the right of the American people to defend themselves–even with deadly force–that the left considers the real threat to their authority. In Britain, self-defense has become virtually illegal, a crime worthy of prison time. Imagine how envious the likes of Barack Obama, Eric Holder, and Chuck Schumer must be of the otherwise hated English politicos. With self-defense a punishable trespass, official members of law enforcement would become the public’s only legal means of protection. And who would be in charge of this, the only legally armed force with official authority to act in our best interest? Liberal mouths would be watering all over DC at the prospect of such power.

Obama’s Rule By Decree

By Andrew McCarthy

Obama Tear Down This Fence SC Obama’s Rule by Decree

Barack Obama has never been clear on the distinction between sovereign and servant, between the American people and those, including himself, elected to do the people’s business. We saw that yet again this week with the president’s unilateral rewrite of the Bataan Death March known as the Affordable Care Act — Obamacare. For this president, laws are not binding expressions of the popular will, but trifling recommendations to be ignored when expedient.

The collapse of law — not just Obamacare but law in general — is the Obama administration’s most egregious scandal. With the IRS here, Benghazi there, and Eric Holder’s institutionalized malevolence crowding the middle, it gets little direct attention. Perhaps it is so ubiquitous, so quotidian, that we’ve become inured to it.

Above all else, though, the office of the president was created to take care that the laws be faithfully executed. For this president, to the contrary, law is non-existent — and not merely law in the traditional sense of our aspiration to be “a nation of laws, not men.” Obama has contorted the law into a weapon against our constitutional order of divided powers and equal protection for every American.

As with most things Obama, this Olympian outrage springs from a kernel of propriety. We want our laws enforced, particularly when they reflect basic obligations of government in a free, civil society. Nevertheless, we know that the resources of government are finite, that laws are numerous and elastic, and that a federalist system implies a significant enforcement role for states. Thus, our legal system is premised on executive discretion. Not every law can or should be enforced to its fullest extent — nobody would want to live in that sort of society. To execute the laws faithfully is to remain mindful of the federal government’s essential but finite role in our framework and to concentrate its limited resources on enforcement of the most vital laws.

As a practical matter, this necessitates selectivity — some laws will go unenforced, some wrongs unaddressed. With a president who acts in good faith, this is not a problem. For example, simple possession of prohibited narcotics is a federal crime. But it is also a state crime. Given the need to prioritize, it is sensible for the feds to focus their efforts on what the federal government was designed for — international and interstate challenges that the states are not well equipped to address. So the Justice Department targets major drug-importation and distribution networks, leaving less serious drug infractions to the local district attorneys. Notice: This does not mean the executive branch is effectively decriminalizing less serious drug offenses in contravention of Congress’s statutes. It means the public’s federal buck goes to where it gets the best bang.

The separation-of-powers principle also has implications for executive discretion. To promote liberty, the Framers constructed a central government of divided authorities in which each branch was given tools to check inevitable encroachments by the others. Congress has an irresistible propensity to enact laws that usurp the …read more

Trayvon Martin Protest Leaders Revealed

By Breaking News

Trayvon Martin Protest 7 SC Trayvon Martin Protest Leaders Revealed

Dream Defenders, the main group that has been agitating the protest movement surrounding the Trayvon Martin case, was spawned by activists employed by a who’s who of the race-hijacking radical left.

From the socialist-oriented SEIU union to ACORN to Occupy to a litany of George Soros-funded organizations, the deep connections behind Dream Defenders raises questions about the motivation of an organization that claims to be a grassroots effort working to oppose racism.

Dream Defenders has been leading Martin protests since the onset and has been credited with agitating for George Zimmerman’s arrest.

The group was behind the protests that blockaded the Sanford Police Department, demanding the police chief be fired for failing to bring charges against Zimmerman, who was acquitted of second-degree murder Saturday.

The small Community Relations Service at Eric Holder’s Justice Department facilitated a meeting between Dream Defenders and city officials that resulted in a Justice review of the police department.

America, Requiem En Pace

By Michael Oberndorf

obama flag democrat America, Requiem en Pace

For those educated in government indoctrination centers (aka public skools), that is Latin for “Rest in Peace”. In case you have been living in a cave on the dark side of the moon, or are a moderate or Establishment Republican, you may not have noticed that America as we used to know her is dead. And the corpse (yes, Barack, a corpse is a dead body), since it was rotten, even before death, is already starting to stink. In lieu of flowers, please convert all your assets to cash and send to: B. Hussein Obama & Co., 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C.

This is probably the last column I am going to write for a long time. For nearly two decades, I, along with many others, have been writing about the threats faced by America, both internal and external. We may as well have been talking to ourselves, for all the good it’s done. It seems that only the choir has listened to our preaching. The threats are becoming reality on a daily basis, and hardly anyone gives a flying hoo hah.

The latest criminal acts by Barack Hussein Obama’s racist Attorney General, Eric Holder, epitomize the depth of depravity that our powerful government officials have descended to. It has come out that Holder secretly sent operatives to Florida to stir up racial hatred in the Trayvon Martin incident. Following instructions approved by Holder (and therefore, Obama), they put together mobs disguised as rallies and ginned up the racial hatred against whites that has been the hallmark of Holder’s and Obama’s “Justice” Department. It appears that any verdict less than beheading with a dull knife (like Obama’s Syrian “rebel” allies do to Christians and other infidels) will be the excuse for anti-white race riots all over the country.

The list of lies and lawless acts, high crimes, and misdemeanors of Barack Hussein “Barry Soetoro ” Obama and his underlings is longer than an East LA gangbanger’s rap sheet; yet not one has gone to jail, much less been removed from office. The spineless Republican cowards in the House and Senate have lost all memory of what the Democrats did to not-white Hispanic Alberto Gonzalez, George Bush’s Attorney General. For merely legally replacing a handful of incompetent U.S. Attorneys, he was hounded unmercifully out of office. Holder has committed crimes that should have him in a maximum security federal prison for the rest of his life; and nothing –zip, zero, goose egg, nada – has been done to hold him responsible.

In five short years, our treasury has been looted to the tune of some seven trillion dollars; the Congress nearly totally corrupted on both sides of the aisle; the Rule of Law and the Constitution trashed; the economy brought to the brink of collapse; the middle class nearly destroyed; and the military severely weakened, with the death toll in Iraq and Afghanistan continually rising. At the same time, the country has been illegally involved in two more wars, Russia and China have been turned …read more

Press Briefing by Press Secretary Jay Carney, 7/12/2013

By The White House

James S. Brady Press Briefing Room

1:10 P.M. EDT

MR. CARNEY: The Associated Press, start us off. I have no announcements. Welcome.

Q Edward Snowden has said he would like to have asylum in Russia, that he’s willing to agree to their demand that he not continue to release information to them. What is your message today to Russia about what the implications of granting that to him would be for their relations with the United States?

MR. CARNEY: Our position on Mr. Snowden and the felony charges against him, and our belief that he ought to be returned to the United States to face those felony charges is as it was. And we have communicated it to a variety of countries, including Russia. So it’s no different than it was. And I would simply say that providing a propaganda platform for Mr. Snowden runs counter to the Russian government’s previous declarations of Russia’s neutrality and that they have no control over his presence in the airport. It’s also incompatible with Russian assurances that they do not want Mr. Snowden to further damage U.S. interests.

But having said that, our position also remains that we don’t believe this should, and we don’t want it to do harm to our important relationship with Russia. And we continue to discuss with Russia our strongly held view that there is absolute legal justification for him to be expelled, for him to be returned to the United States to face the charges that have been brought against him for the unauthorized leaking of classified information.

Q Can you tell us a little bit about the President’s session today with the Attorney General? And has he accepted Eric Holder’s report on media relations and investigations?

MR. CARNEY: The President did meet with the Attorney General today in the Oval, and the Attorney General did discuss with him and present to him that report. I believe the Department of Justice will be releasing that report this afternoon, but I’d refer you to them.

Q So if they’re releasing it this afternoon, that indicates that the President did accept it as it was presented?

MR. CARNEY: Yes, I think that’s a fair assessment to make. We won’t have any statement or comment on it before it’s released, but I believe the Department of Justice is releasing it today.

Q And on Secretary Napolitano’s departure, do you have any information for us on who her replacement might be or any timeline for that decision?

MR. CARNEY: I have no names to float, if you will. I would say that the President greatly appreciates Secretary Napolitano’s four-plus years of service. And if you think about it, those four and a half years account for almost half the existence of the Department of Homeland Security. And she’s done a remarkable job. And on her watch there have …read more

Remarks by The President at The White House Correspondents' Association Dinner

By The White House

10:14 P.M. EDT

THE PRESIDENT: Thank you. (Applause.) Thank you, everybody. (Laughter.) How do you like my new entrance music? (Applause.) Rush Limbaugh warned you about this — second term, baby. (Laughter and applause.) We’re changing things around here a little bit. (Laughter.)

Actually, my advisors were a little worried about the new rap entrance music. (Laughter.) They are a little more traditional. They suggested that I should start with some jokes at my own expense, just take myself down a peg. I was like, guys, after four and a half years, how many pegs are there left? (Laughter.)

I want to thank the White House Correspondents. Ed, you’re doing an outstanding job. We are grateful for — (applause) — the great work you’ve done. To all the dignitaries who are here, everybody on the dais — I especially want to say thank you to Ray Odierno, who does outstanding service on behalf of our country, and all our men and women in uniform every single day. (Applause.)

And of course, our extraordinary First Lady, Michelle Obama. (Applause.) Everybody loves Michelle. (Laughter.) She’s on the cover of Vogue, high poll numbers. But don’t worry — I recently got my own magazine cover. (Laughter.)

Now, look, I get it. These days, I look in the mirror and I have to admit, I’m not the strapping young Muslim socialist that I used to be. (Laughter.) Time passes. You get a little gray. (Laughter.)

And yet, even after all this time, I still make rookie mistakes. Like, I’m out in California, we’re at a fundraiser, we’re having a nice time. I happen to mention that Kamala Harris is the best-looking attorney general in the country. (Laughter.) As you might imagine, I got trouble when I got back home. (Laughter.) Who knew Eric Holder was so sensitive? (Laughter and applause.)

And then there’s the Easter Egg Roll, which is supposed to be just a nice, fun event with the kids. I go out on the basketball court, took 22 shots — made two of them. (Laughter.) That’s right: two hits, 20 misses. The executives at NBC asked, “What’s your secret?” (Laughter and applause.)

So, yes, maybe I have lost a step. But some things are beyond my control. For example, this whole controversy about Jaz-Z going to Cuba — it’s unbelievable. I’ve got 99 problems and now Jay-Z is one. (Laughter and applause.) That’s another rap reference, Bill. (Laughter.) I’ll let you know. (Applause.)

Of course, everybody has got plenty of advice. Maureen Dowd said I could solve all my problems if I were just more like Michael Douglas in “The American President.” (Laughter.) And I know Michael is here tonight. Michael, what’s your secret, man? (Laughter.) Could it be that you were an actor in an Aaron Sorkin liberal fantasy? (Laughter.) Might that have something to do with it? (Applause.) I don’t know. Check in with me. Maybe it’s something else. (Laughter.)

Anyway, I recognize that this job can take a toll on you. I understand — second term, you need a burst

Press Briefing by Press Secretary Jay Carney, 4/17/2013

By The White House

James S. Brady Press Briefing Room

12:16 P.M. EDT

MR. CARNEY: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for being here today. I know there are several matters that I'm sure you’ll be interested in discussing today, a couple of issues that are under investigation by the FBI — and I thought I would start with that and then take your questions.

As you saw from a statement from the FBI, as well as a statement from the United States Secret Service, there was a letter sent to, addressed to the President that at an offsite mail facility was noticed to have contained a suspicious substance in tests that were undertaken. The FBI has the lead in that investigation, of course, and has said in its statement that they will be conducting further tests to determine what the nature of the substance is.

Of course, there was another letter, as you know, sent — or detected by Capitol Police that was sent to a United States senator. That also has been — is a subject of the investigation by the FBI. And for more information about these matters I refer you to the FBI.

The President — I'm sure you’ll ask this — the President has, of course, been briefed on these letters. He was briefed last night and again this morning.

Secondly, there is obviously a lot of interest in the explosions in Boston, and I wanted to make clear, as you heard from the President yesterday, that our hearts and prayers go out to the victims and to their families who were injured — those who were injured as well as killed in this heinous and cowardly act. The full weight of the federal government is behind this investigation, which is being led by the FBI. And as the President said, we will find out who did this, we will find out why, and we will bring those responsible to justice.

That said, it is very important that we allow this investigation to run its full course and to ensure that we retain the integrity of that investigation. Therefore, on matters related to the investigation, I would direct you to the FBI. As you know, the FBI is giving the press briefings on the ground in Boston and I believe they will be holding another briefing today.

The President, as you know, has been briefed regularly on the incident in Boston, beginning almost immediately after it took place. This morning, the President again convened a meeting in the Oval Office with his national security team on the ongoing investigation. Participating in that briefing was the Attorney General, Eric Holder; the FBI Director, Robert Mueller; the President’s Chief of Staff, Denis McDonough; his National Security Advisor, Tom Donilon; his Homeland Security Advisor and Counterterrorism Advisor, Lisa Monaco; Deputy National Security Advisor Tony Blinken; White House Counsel Kathy Ruemmler; Deputy Chief of Staff Alyssa Mastromonaco; Deputy National Security Advisor Ben Rhodes; and the Vice

Impeach Eric Holder, Repeat Offender

By Bradlee Dean

“Once a government is committed to the principle of silencing the voice of opposition, it has only one way to go, and that is down the path of increasingly repressive measures, until it becomes a source of terror to all its citizens and creates a country where everyone lives in fear.” – Harry Truman, in a speech opposing communism

Attorney General Eric Holder has again shown his true colors – his disdain for America and her laws. Recently, he took action against the German Romeike family, which is seeking asylum in the United States after being forced to flee the country or risk losing their five children to the German government. Germany was attempting to force the Romeikes to put their children in public school against their religious beliefs in a terrifying repeat of history.

Holder said that asylum should not be granted to homeschoolers because, according to him (not the law), homeschooling is not protected under religious freedom.

Regarding education, let me set the record straight: The federal government does not have the right to break the law by implementing any type of educational curriculum. Parents are responsible for training their children in the way they should go (Proverbs 22:6), not the federal government (Tenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution).

The fallout of federal education is stupefying. More than 700,000 students who graduate high school each year cannot even read their own diplomas. Bill Bennett, the secretary of education under Reagan, said, “The longer you stay in school in America, the dumber you get.”

Eric Holder, whose position is as a public servant, doesn’t have a right to break the law; his job is to ensure the rights of the people, not to strip them away.

Holder, who is appointed to magnify the law against crime, has instead repeatedly magnified crime against the law.

Wall Street:

On Wednesday, March 6, 2013, Eric Holder testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, implying that Wall Street tycoons are above the law, in essence giving them a license to plunder the American people. Holder’s head of the criminal division did not prosecute a single Wall Street executive for the fraud that destroyed the economy.

Defense of Marriage:

Eric Holder has directed the DOJ not to enforce the federal Defense of Marriage Act. In doing so, Holder has violated his oath of office and clearly shows his violation of the laws of Nature and Nature’s God.

Fast and Furious:

As we all know, Eric Holder is guilty of putting thousands of assault rifles into the hands of Mexican drug lords in an attempt to blame the American people for the crimes administration officials are guilty of contriving and committing. As a result, Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed, along with hundreds of Mexican civilians, including teens at a birthday party and a Mexican beauty queen.

Black Panther Voter Scandal:

Soon after being sworn in as Obama’s attorney general, Holder ordered the voter intimidation case against the Black Panthers during the 2008 presidential election to be dropped.

Marc Rich Pardon:

During his tenure as Clinton’s deputy attorney general, Holder was involved

Video: Obama Disarms America

By Kris Zane

Uncle Joe Biden recently mocked Americans who were concerned that the government was trying to take away their Second Amendment rights, referring to us as the “black helicopter crowd.”

Apparently, Uncle Joe didn’t get the memo that the government is already confiscating guns.

The Veterans Administration has sent out tens of thousands of letters to so-called “incompetent” veterans, mandating them to turn in their guns and ammunition. The letter says in part:

A determination of incompetency will prohibit you from purchasing, possessing, receiving, or transporting a firearm or ammunition. If you knowingly violate any of these prohibitions, you may be fined, imprisoned, or both…

Of course, the letter doesn’t actually state what “incompetency” entails, which means a bureaucrat sitting in an office can arbitrarily determine whether to nullify the Second Amendment rights of a veteran.

It is presumed that one of the criteria for disarming a veteran is being diagnosed with PTSD—Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder—a mental condition in which the symptoms are so vague that virtually any veteran can be deemed to have PTSD.

One of the “benefits” of having PTSD, however, is that often the veteran is placed on psychotropic drugs (which is a plus for the drug companies) and a way to disqualify a veteran from owning a gun.

Coincidentally—or not so coincidentally—this is the same strategy being used in New York to disarm citizens.

New York police have begun confiscating guns from anyone taking anti-anxiety medication—that is, psychotropic drugs.

And we learned this week that the State of Missouri has turned over to the Social Security Administration the complete database of Missouri citizens who possess concealed carry permits. It was deemed a “mistake,” although the “mistake” apparently occurred twice. What is clear is that the Feds are trying to match up citizens with so-called “mental problems” who possess a concealed carry permit in order to duplicate what is being done in New York.

Perhaps we’re just a bunch of knuckle-dragging conspiracy theorists for thinking Barry Obama would try to nullify the Second Amendment.

Perhaps it is just a coincidence that there is currently a nationwide shortage of ammunition, which has been blamed on the Obama administration having stockpiled a staggering two billion rounds of ammunition.

Perhaps it is just a coincidence that Obama and his minions are wringing their hands decrying those evil assault weapons, while quietly ordering 7000 AR-15s for the Department of Homeland Security.

And perhaps Fast and Furious really was a mistake. Thousands of assault weapons were probably shipped to Mexican drug cartels because of a few low-level bureaucrats. Eric Holder probably knew nothing about it. Maybe it really wasn’t about blaming gun dealers for the violence in Mexico in order to clamp down on the public being able to purchase guns.

Or maybe, just maybe, Obama is doing what he said he wanted to do while a state senator: to enact a total gun ban.

Goodbye Second Amendment, hello Comrade Obama

Eric Holder: Gun Lobby Stands For ‘Violent And Dangerous Status Quo’

By The Huffington Post News Editors

Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday called on the American people to “stand with and support” politicians who support proposed gun reforms when the Senate votes on the proposals in the coming weeks.

“Many have said that these will be ‘tough’ votes, and I understand that the gun lobby will attack some who support reform But progress is never easy, and taking risks to ensure change is almost always necessary,” Holder said during a speech before the National Action Network on Thursday.

“The American people must stand with and support those who will be with us on this critical issue. The collective voice of those who overwhelmingly support the proposed reforms must overcome the efforts of the well-financed few who stand for a violent and dangerous status quo. Those whose lives have been impacted by gun violence — the victims and the survivors — are depending on us,” Holder said.

Eric Holder: Martin Luther King Jr. ‘Would Not Yet Be Satisfied’ With Voting Rights

By The Huffington Post News Editors

WASHINGTON — Martin Luther King Jr. “would not yet be satisfied” with the progress the nation has made on protecting voting rights, Attorney General Eric Holder said on the 45th anniversary of the civil rights icon’s death, according to prepared remarks.

Holder said King would be “proud of the country he helped recreate” and encouraged to see that his work goes on every day.

And nowhere is this clearer than in the national debate about voting rights that has captured recent headlines from coast to coast.”
