Eligibility Resurrected: Congress Pays Attention
The dispute over Barack Obama’s eligibility captured the imagination of the American public with stunning revelations, lawsuits, a best-selling book and, finally, the release of what was described as the “original” birth certificate from Hawaii in an attempt to silence the doubters.
Since that time, it’s been mostly Obama’s defenders gloating and deriding anyone who questions the official narrative as so-called “birthers.”
That might change soon, according to the lead investigator for Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Posse in Arizona, which was assigned to do a thorough investigation of the document posted by the White House as Obama’s birth certification.
Lt. Mike Zullo told WND there is interest being expressed in Congress about the investigation’s conclusion that the White House document is fraudulent – an image created on a computer.
A contingent of citizens in Maricopa County had asked Arpaio to look into the issue because they were concerned an ineligible candidate would be on their 2012 presidential election ballot.

Stunning New Revelations On Obama Fraud Case
On Friday April 5, 2013 – Carl Gallups of Freedom Friday with Carl Gallups interviewed Mike Zullo, Lead Investigator, with the Sheriff Arpaio Cold Case Posse. The interview was conducted over an hour and half portion of Carl’s show. Zullo and Gallups promised stunning new revelations in the case … and in spite of the Obamabot naysayers and, apparently, those incapable of intelligently discerning spoken information – Gallups and Zullo delivered on the promise!
Below is a recap of the revelations:
1. Within the last 2 days before the interview, Zullo confirmed that brand new information had been received in the investigation which bolstered the legal evidence of the long form birth certificate being a 100% fabricated and fraudulent document. The information came, unexpected, from a professional source of the investigation, and is irrefutable.
2. Within the last couple of days before the interview, Zullo had several lengthy meetings with VIPS who have promised to soon bring this case forward in an “official” manner. The VIPS are of “standing” and have the authority to bring the case forward. They have promised full public exposure to the case, the evidence, and to the hopeful ends of a full and official “hearing” of the matter.
3. A definitive “plan of action” is now being formulated with several VIPS to make number 3 above happen as soon as possible.
4. Several other VIPS have now scheduled meetings with Zullo and are expected to come on board with the exposure process.

Allen West Won’t Help Expose Obama’s Ineligibility

STEADFAST and LOYAL? We think not.Dear readers, I have been asked many times about our encounter with Lt. Col. Allen West at CPAC. I have been asked if he really declined to help Lt. Zullo and I move this criminal investigation forward. Yes, that is true. That was his response, and of course, he was free to make that response. I still hold out some hope that he might change his mind. I am not holding my breath in the matter, however.
Following is my account of what happened with Lt. Col. Allen West at CPAC. (MAKE CERTAIN you see the hypocrisy, in light of this article, which appears on Col. West’s website below!)
Lt. Mike Zullo and I spoke to Allen West the first night on the evening before CPAC. We were at dinner and Col. West walked right by our table. He had a small group with him. He stopped to talk to someone at the table next to us. After he finished, we introduced ourselves. He said he knew of the Arpaio investigation and Lt. Zullo and would be glad to meet with us for a few moments to discuss the evidence we had. His secretary, who was with him, gave us an email and told us to remind her and she would set an appointment time. We sent the email. The appointment from Col. West’s office was never made.By the next evening we had still not heard back from him. That night, I approached him at a CPAC VIP dinner. He was preparing to be seated just a few tables from us. I politely reminded him of his promise to us. I told him that we had not heard from him yet. He told me that we should “stop by his display table tomorrow.” I felt then that he had no intention of meeting us privately.The next day, Lt. Zullo was able to find Col. West in the crowd. Lt. Zullo asked Col. West to give him five minutes of his time. Col. West gave it to him. Lt. Zullo told him of the 100% solid evidence he had of a forged and fabricated document and the legal ramifications and possible national security issues of the matter. The bottom line of that conversation was that West told Lt. Zullo (after hearing and acknowledging the evidence of the case) that he couldn’t get involved in it because he might have future political aspirations – he couldn’t afford to be associated with the case. Lt. Zullo assured him this was NOT a birther issue – this was a proven criminal forgery and fabrication of identifying document issue. He assured Col. West that he would be backed up by a full and professional criminal investigation. Lt. Zullo asked Col. West if he could at least help us to open other doors with other VIPS. Col. Sheriff Joe Withstands Death Threats
Just how much more can one man take? America’s real sheriff (the one doing what his constituents have asked him to do), Sheriff Joe Arpaio, has received a threat against his life in the form of a violent online rant sent from Mexico even as he lies hospitalized with a broken left shoulder. The 80-year old Republican peace officer also faces a fall recall after he was elected to an historic sixth term in November! And Arizona is bracing for more crime resulting from the release of 300 to 500 illegal aliens into the state’s southern border area as Eric Holder and his Department of Justice ignore their sworn duty to protect American citizens threatened daily by hordes of invaders. Of course, many believe the number of released illegals will be closer to 2000, with their being back on the street having been conveniently blamed on the sequester.
An individual identified online as an American citizen and Arizona resident made the following violent threat according to Sheriff Joe’s appeal for help: “He (Sheriff Joe) should see the color of his skin and where he comes from. . .stupid mother******. . .let’s KILL HIM. I will kill him for FREE. I am going to AZ to kill that a..hole!” Now another thug has sent a message attacking the octogenarian lawman who has spent over 50 years serving his fellowman. “Hopefully, infection will set in,” says the thug. Just how low will this man’s opponents go in their effort to bring him down? If recall leader William James Fisher is successful in obtaining over 335,000 valid voter signatures by May 30, the Maricopa County Sheriff and his Office will have to face another political battle.
Keep in mind here that Sheriff Joe is the ONLY American law enforcement officer who answered the call of constituents to investigate the legitimacy of Barack Obama’s citizenship and the apparent forgery of the birth certificate released by the White House as “official” in 2011. More death threats came in after the intensive investigation into birth certificate forgeries by the Cold Case Posse. “I’m listening to my constituents; they asked me to look at it,” Arpaio says. At least 150 lawsuits nationwide and 24 legal appeals to the U.S. Supreme Court by ordinary citizens and Americans worried about our country’s national security have been rebuffed by our judiciary, Congress, politicians, and other law enforcement entities nationwide. Only Sheriff Joe and his Cold Case Posse investigators led by senior analyst Mike Zullo have had the fortitude to press forward against enormous odds in this crisis of Presidential Legitimacy!
The indomitable patriot sent an instant message from his hospital bed saying he is relieved the injury was to his left shoulder, not his right, so he can still operate his “Smith & Wesson and Smith Corona,” referring to his gun and his typewriter!
