Diet Coke celebrates this tireless passion and Swift’s artistic excellence in its first commercial featuring the extraordinary seven-time GRAMMY winner, which debuts nationally today.

Premiering today during American Idol®, the spot was filmed in her hometown of Nashville, Tenn., and directed by Fredrik Bond. Avril Lavigne ‘Here’s To Never Growing Up’: It’s Complicated (AUDIO)
By The Huffington Post News Editors
Avril Lavigne is back and singing Radiohead at the top of her lungs in “Here’s to Never Growing Up,” a bouncy anthem that recalls Ke$ha, Taylor Swift and Lavigne’s own 2002 hit, “Complicated.” (Or just “Complicated,” since Avril was doing this kind of thing before Ke$ha and Swift were Top-40 staples.)
“We’ll be running down the street, yelling kiss my …” Lavigne sings during the song, which is basically one very long and catchy hook. “I’m like, ‘Yeah whatever, we’re saluting like that’ / When the sun’s going down, we’ll be raising my cup / Singing here’s to never growing up.”
“Here’s to Never Growing Up” is the first single off Lavigne’s as-yet untitled and undated new album. The song is available on iTunes right now.

ACM Awards 2013 Red Carpet: Country Music’s Biggest Stars Get All Dressed Up (PHOTOS)
By The Huffington Post News Editors
It’s hard to keep all the country music award shows straight (ACMs, CMTs, CMAs… the mind reels.) But the 2013 ACM Awards distinguished themselves this year as having the tamest red carpet of them all.
We generally expect cowboy boots and sequins for miles when country music stars hit the town, as we did at the 2012 CMT Awards. But this year’s ACMs were a fairly subdued affair, as Taylor Swift went with a simple silver gown, Carrie Underwood chose florals by Naeem Khan and Sheryl Crow decided to ditch a dress altogether and wear pants. But at least one star decided to outshine the rest: Jewel, who wore a Georges Chakra Couture dress befitting her name.
Who was the best-dressed country star of the evening? See our red carpet roundup below and tell us who you loved!

Blake Shelton Warns Luke Bryan Not To Anger Taylor Swift’s Fans
By The Huffington Post News Editors
LAS VEGAS — More than a few people have suggested to the producers of the Academy of Country Music Awards that they extend the broadcast delay for Sunday night’s show – just in case.
With Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan co-hosting, everyone expects the unexpected – and several off-color, unscripted moments – as country music‘s biggest cut-ups collide on stage. A recent interview in Nashville with the two, who’ve given themselves the celebrity couple name “Bluke,” veered wildly from a discussion of Bryan’s unworthiness to host to crude jokes and Taylor Swift‘s fans.

On April Fool’s Day, it only feels right to look back on some of our favorite pranks carried out by teen celebs that put a smile on our face.
While Justin Bieber has a reputation for his sense of humor and his ability to constantly pull off funny shenanigans, Biebs is not the only young celebrity who knows how to crack a joke. Last July, members of One Direction pranked each other in an interview with Nickelodeon, and we’ve also seen Zac Efron and Taylor Swift join in on the fun.
Click through the slideshow below to see our complete list of eight hilarious pranks from teen celebs and watch the videos documenting their crazy antics.
Why Beyonce and Jay-Z Need to Break Up
In “Regret Everything” comedian Will Hines tells us what thoughts have been gnawing at his brain.
I like Taylor Swift songs, especially when she's mad at some guy (i.e. all Taylor Swift songs). Were I Taylor's manager, the first thing I would do is try to get her next boyfriend to break up with her, preferably in a way that stings her melody-attracting, harmony-provoking romantic pride.

All the April 2013 Covers, So Far
Michelle Obama isn’t the only lady with bangs and a Vogue cover this month: Tina Turner graces the glossy’s German version, and Edie Campbell the British edition.
After a strong showing last month, Louis Vuitton‘s checkers make a few appearances for April as well – this time in the form of a long-sleeved crop top. Rihanna wears one with a long skirt for Elle UK, while January Jones pairs hers with an itsy-bitsy miniskirt for British Glamour. Despite the fact that some of her past covers haven’t performed well, Taylor Swift graces two major magazines this month: Vanity Fair and InStyle UK. She wears wispy pastel outfits on both.

5 Common High School Letdowns (And Why You Shouldn’t Stress About Them)
By The Huffington Post News Editors
High school can be really stressful — to say the least. Our weekly “Hey, It’s OK!” series is here to remind you of all things you SHOULDN’T be worried about, no matter who tells you otherwise!
The “high school experience” is one of the most storied of all life milestones, and it comes with a massive set of expectations and myths about what it means to be a teenager. From watching teen-centric movies and TV shows, listening to Taylor Swift songs, and hearing stories of high school glory days from older friends and relatives, most of us go into freshman year with a set of pre-conceived notions about what high school should be like.
The truth us, like most things in life, high school was probably nothing like you imagined it would be (or for you incoming freshman, won’t look anything like your favorite TV show said it would) — and that’s okay. Here are five common “high school letdowns,” and why you shouldn’t actually feel let down by them, at all.

Taylor Swift Diet Coke Commercial: Singer Talks ‘Dressing Her Age’ (VIDEO)
By The Huffington Post News Editors
While controversy may follow Taylor Swift when it comes to her love life, we’ll admit there’s one area where the young singer tends to remain reliably conservative: her style.
In a new teaser video for her Diet Coke partnership, Swift talks about her deliberate effort over the years to “dress her age.”
“I think one of the things I’ve always tried to do was age gracefully. It was what I was trying to do when I was 18 — just be 18,” she said. “I find it hilarious when I’m going to an award show, and I’m wearing shorts for a performance, and the next day the headlines are like ‘Taylor goes edgy for her performance!’ I’m like, ‘I’m wearing more clothes than anyone here!'”
Chelsea Handler Mocks Taylor Swift: Talk Show Host Jokes Singer Is A Virgin On ‘Watch What Happens Live’
By The Huffington Post News Editors
Chelsea Handler is never one to hide her feelings, and she didn’t start when asked about Taylor Swift’s recent comments about how she deals with Hollywood’s “mean girls,” including Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, who poked fun at her at the Golden Globe awards.
During her appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” Handler said it was pretty brazen for Swift to relay that Katie Couric (who was actually quoting Madeleine Albright) once told her, “there’s a special place in Hell for women who don’t help other women.”
“I think that was a bold statement, but I’m not on anyone’s side because I just don’t care enough,” the 38-year-old talk show host told Andy Cohen. “I like that she’s being that vociferous about something that she thinks they were out to get her. They were clearly making a joke just about her demeanor, which is embarrassing. I mean, she’s just dated so many men.”

Four Ways to Deal With Mean Girls (and Guys)
If you’ve been on your laptop or checked you iPhone over the last twenty-four hours, you know that Taylor Swift has declared Tina Fey and Amy Poehler her mortal enemies. The crime? Fey and Poehler’s Golden Globes quip about Swift staying away from Michael J. Fox’s son. A simple awards show joke has suddenly become the cause of a serious beef – a beef that’s no doubt been exaggerated due to the endless online chatter it has inspired. …read more
