The Raptors took advantage of a weary Bulls team that played an overtime game on Thursday, outscoring them on the fast break 23-6. Amir Johnson led the Raptors with 24 points and nine rebounds, while Rudy Gay added 23 points, five steals and three blocked shots. DeMar DeRozan scored 19 points while Kyle Lowry fell just short of a triple-double with 13 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds.

THE FACTS: The Indiana Pacers (37-22) extended their dominance over the Toronto Raptors (23-36) at Air Canada Centre, winning their fourth game in a row 93-81 on Friday night. THE FACTS: The Boston Celtics grinded out their sixth win in a row, defeating the Toronto Raptors 99-95 at Air Canada Centre on Wednesday night. The game was decided in the final two minutes by the hand of ex-Raptor Leandro Barbosa, who off the bench, scored 12 of his 14 points in the final quarter. THE FACTS: The Miami Heat (30-14) took a different approach going into the fourth quarter and outscored and outworked the Toronto Raptors (17-31) for a 100-85 win at Air Canada Centre on Sunday afternoon. Down by as many as eight points and a close game through the first three quarters, the Heat broke free outscoring the Raptors 29-18 in the final frame. The Heat were led by LeBron James’ game-high 30 points, eight rebounds and seven assists, including seven of the last Miami points to close the game. Chris Bosh scored 22 of his 28 points in the second half for the Heat, while Dwyane Wade added 23 points, five rebounds and five assists.

THE FACTS: The Toronto Raptors (17-30) jumped out early on the Los Angeles Clippers (34-14) with a 16-point lead at halftime and extended it to as much as 31 points before beating them 98-73 at sold out Air Canada Centre on Friday night. The Raptors snapped a three-game losing streak with the debut of recently acquired Rudy Gay who came off the bench to score a game-high 20 points in his Raptor debut.

THE FACTS: The Toronto Raptors (15-26) snapped a four-game losing streak defeating the Los Angeles Lakers (17-23) 108-103 at a sold out Air Canada Centre on Sunday afternoon. The Raptors built up a 19-point lead in the fourth quarter and while the Lakers rallied, they didn’t squander it. The Lakers have now lost eight of their last ten games and their fifth in a row on the road, with two more to play in Chicago and Memphis.

Despite giving up a 19-point lead, the Bulls (22-15) won their second game in a row and fourth on the road. Carlos Boozer‘s season-high 36 points and 12 rebounds led Chicago, while Luol Deng added 19 points and seven assists. Joakim Noah had a double-double with 16 points and 14 rebounds, while Rip Hamilton scored 15.

The Raptors are now 3-2 during their season-high six game homestand and have won 10 of their last 13 games. Toronto took this game wire-to-wire, with as much as a 24-point lead.
