Obama’s GDP -.01%? “What Difference Does It Make?”

By Derrick Hollenbeck

Hillary Clinton on the Hill Obama’s GDP .01%? “What difference does it make?”

Just a day before we learned the GDP fell from  + 3.2% (the fairy tale told to us before November’s election) to  -.01% for the last quarter of 2012, Louisiana Democrat Senator Mary Landrieu pronounced the Obama Administration’s wild spending “problem” as something that was  made up by Fox News. Landrieu is one of  the head cheerleaders of a new breed of “in-your-face” Democrat who simply deny anything is wrong with our economy – or anything else in America for that matter. “Who are you going to believe; me or your lying eyes?” comes to mind.

She is joined by a growing number of liberal celebrities whose comments embody Hillary Clinton’s dismissive “What difference, at this point, does it make?” Halfwits like Paul Krugman smugly says the debt problem is “mostly solved.”  Slate’s Matt Yglesias demands “What sovereign debt crisis? There certainly isn’t one in the United States.”

Today, these deniers have been exposed as the fools they are by the truth. They have been relying on a pack of lies from the liberal Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, which has insisted that a combination of economic growth, tax hikes, and promised spending cuts have already provided a significant reduction of deficits.

This sounds great, but it is the kind of nonsense the simpletons who vote Democrat believe. Here’s some truth. Michael Peterson, a non-partisan economist, has a different view. His comments, published in The Hill (which is certainly not a right wing site), pointed out that  the “fiscal cliff” agreement “may have prevented the immediate threats that the fiscal cliff posed to our fragile economic recovery, but we haven’t remotely fixed the nation’s debt problem.” He added. “….our nation is still heading toward debt levels of 200 percent of GDP and beyond.”

DEBT LEVELS OF TWO HUNDRED PERCENT of GDP and beyond!

Hillary, clear your throat and give us your campaign slogan: “What difference, at this point, does it make?”

“What Difference Does It Make?”: An Original Poem

By AK Fielding

Hillary Clinton Jabba SC “What Difference Does it Make?”: An original poem

“What difference does it make?!” demanded Hilly of Johnson

Uttering the tragic words that rang across the room into the hearts of all Americans

What difference does it make indeed

Four American heroes are dead and the hearts of their families still bleed

What difference does it make

Whether Americans vote or eat government cake

What difference does it make if people must use healthcare that kills

As long as the government can tell you how to pay the insurance bills

What difference does it make to crucify Christ again

There are plenty of trees to hug and earth to freeze all in vain

What difference does it make if innocent children are dead

A crisis must not be wasted but used to squash the rights of Americans under the guise of moving ahead

What difference does it make if they trample the Constitution all over

So long, as the liberals have hope to give it a new makeover

What difference does it make that women head to the front lines while men remain behind

As long as we go forward and change the course of humankind

What difference does it make that our children forget their history

Even as the politicians in Washington remain obscure to our misery

What difference does it make that our enemies scoff and laugh at us

So long as we can help them and negotiate our future with the one who is most preposterous

What difference does it make when the economy collapses

Hope and change will still have moved the masses

“What difference does it make?” you say?

It makes a big difference to me and to all those who still believe in the USA.

Clinton On Benghazi: ‘What Difference Does It Make?’—A Lot, Madame Secretary

By Dale Cox

Hillary Clinton on the Hill Clinton on Benghazi: What Difference Does it Make?—A lot, Madame Secretary

What difference does it make?

Well, Madam Secretary – a big one.

When Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State, sat before the Senate Foreign Relation Committee hearing on the Benghazi attacks, her conviction on the matter was certainly not in question. The questions came hard and fast and her answers escalated in kind with frustration. Eerily similar to famous exchange at the climax of the movie A Few Good Men when the “You can’t handle the truth” line was delivered, when questioned repeatedly regarding the misinformation that was delivered to the public via both Susan Rice, ambassador to the UN and the White House, she finally delivered the soon-to-be-infamous line “What difference, at this point, does it make!”

I have no argument with the premise that emotionally charged and pointed questions with the goal of her to admit failure are pointless, but the difference that it makes is this: if during the execution and aftermath, the event was so blatantly blamed on inconclusive and arguably concocted evidence (i.e., a “protest turned violent over a YouTube video, instead of a coordinated terrorist attack) to the point the President actually took that defense to the UN himself —what is it that they were hiding? She’s right, Benghazi was a mess. She admitted and took responsibility for the security and adopted all twenty-nine measures recommended by the investigation, but the clover and clean up—that is the problem.

How is it that the same administration that had a play-by-play seat in the world’s most sophisticated war room during the Bin Laden raid couldn’t review simple surveillance camera feeds and figure out what happened weeks later? The White House made this Benghazi-gate, not the Republicans, by the way they handled it. The American people simply do not like being lied to—it is a matter of trust—and it’s a big one. This is notably not the first time Hillary  Clinton has had to cover for a man in the White House who is not being truthful, and understandably, she’s getting a little tired of it. So are we, Madam Secretaryso are we.

What Difference Does It Make, Madam Secretary?

By Joanne M. Saldiveri

Hillary Clinton Jabba SC What Difference Does It Make, Madam Secretary?

It makes a huge difference, and I will explain why. President Obama and most in his Administration would like us to believe that we are winning the war on terror. He has repeatedly told us during his campaign that “Osama Bin Laden is dead” and “Al Qaeda is on the run”. In order for the American people to believe this, they needed to make sure we were not attacked again, especially so close to the election. Unfortunately, we were. And four Americans were murdered, so something needed to be done to keep up the facade. They chose to fabricate a story about a video and some random protests to mislead the public and keep up the illusion that we are winning this war instead of having an open and honest discussion on what the real threat is.

This is not only a military war; this is an ideological war that has been going on for centuries. The jihadists believe they are superior and want to bring back the caliphate. They are patient. They see no rush and honestly do not care if it takes hundreds of years to accomplish. They believe it is the will of Allah and will continue to attack us at home, abroad, and even by infiltrating our own government. In their own words, we are the “Great Satan”; so it really should come as no surprise that they would plan an attack. And it would be very foolish not to realize more are on the way.

This Administration refuses to recognize this threat and call it what it is. Instead, we have outed dictators by arming Islamic militants. We have bowed to the Muslim Brotherhood and groups like CAIR by changing our rules of engagement on the battlefield and rewriting handbooks to appease their needs. We have even put our enemies above our relationship with one of our strongest allies, Israel.

All of this matters because our national security is at risk. It matters because we were lied to. It matters because our government is being infiltrated by an ideology that is a clear and present danger to our way of life. It matters because there is an all-out attack on our freedom of speech. It matters because Americans died to save a campaign slogan. It matters because men and women are still in harm’s way and are giving their lives to keep the rest of us safe. And most of all, Madam Secretary, it matters because if we do not identify this enemy for what it is, we will lose in the end.
