LBT-886 Meets Military Standard Test Requirements

IRVINE, Calif.–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Location Based Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:LBAS) received notification that its new LBT-886 Asset tracking device has been issued certification for MIL-STD-461F, “Requirements for the Control of Electromagnetic Interference Characteristics of Equipment and Subsystems,” as well as MIL-STD-810G, Method 500.5, Procedures 1, 2, 3, and 4. These standards include requirements for Altitude, Environmental, Explosive Atmosphere, and Electronic Emissions for combat and all other military aircraft.

EE will test marketing messages during the initial phase of PocketFinder sales with the expectation of expanding the scope of the relationship between the two companies. The companies are also collaborating on commercial opportunities that exist in the European market that will use LBT‘s technology and EE‘s networks.

The Secret Service used Ramo Carriers, Inc. to transport the recovered painting.
