A 62-year-old widow has been charged with murder after her long-missing husband was found buried in the front yard of their rural North Texas home.
Neola Robinson is charged in the 2010 death of her husband Ervin Robinson.
Lonny Haschel, a spokesman for the Texas Department of Public Safety, says Texas Rangers arrested Robinson on Saturday. Haschel says they exhumed her husband’s remains Tuesday from the yard of their mobile home in Pelican Bay, about 20 miles northwest of Fort Worth.
Robinson is being held in Tarrant County Jail with bond set at $150,000.
Online jail records listed no attorney for the widow.

DEVELOPING: Emergency crews in Texas are responding to two large explosions at a fertilizer plant in the town of West, near Waco, authorities say.
Gayle Scarbrough, a spokeswoman for the Department of Public Safety in Waco, told television station KWTX that DPS troopers have been transporting the injured to hospitals in their patrol cars. She says six helicopters were also en route.
The blast at West Fertilizer plant, reported shortly before 8 p.m. CT, was confirmed by Waco police dispatch operators. First responders are dealing with numerous injuries and major damage to structures and vehicles, Scarbrough said.
Several buildings, some in residential areas, were reported to be burning, others destroyed, and a nearby nursing home was damaged, according to a report from KWTX.
Initial reports say people are trapped in a nearby nursing home and an apartment building.
A local school football field is being setup as a staging area.
According to scanner traffic, authorities are trying to block drivers from coming into town and evacuations are underway, FOX17 reports.

Authorities investigating the death of a Texas district attorney arrested a former justice of the peace and charged him Saturday with making a “terroristic threat” after searching his home.
Eric Williams, 46, was admitted to the Kaufman County Jail early Saturday morning, jail records show. Bond was set at $1 million for the terroristic threat charge and at $1 million each for two charges of insufficient bond. A sheriff’s office spokesman did not immediately return calls Saturday for more information.
Officials have not named Williams as a suspect in the March 30 shooting deaths of District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, or in the late January death of assistant DA Mark Hasse, who was fatally shot as he was leaving work in Kaufman, about 30 miles southeast of Dallas.
But federal and local authorities searched Williams’ home Friday as part of an investigation into the McLellands’ deaths.
The district attorney’s office prosecuted Williams, and he was convicted in March 2012 of burglary of a building and theft by a public servant. Williams, who was sentenced to two months of probation, lost his justice of the peace position as a result of the conviction.
Spokesmen for the FBI and the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Friday they were executing a search warrant but declined to provide details. The sheriff’s office said the warrant’s underlying affidavit was ordered sealed by a judge.
Williams’ attorney, David Sergi, released a statement Friday saying his client “has cooperated with law enforcement and vigorously denies any and all allegations.”
“He wishes simply to get on with his life and hopes that the perpetrators are brought to justice,” Sergi said. Sergi did not immediately respond to a phone message left by The Associated Press on Saturday.
Earlier this month, Williams said he voluntarily submitted to a gun residue test and turned over his cellphone after authorities contacted him while investigating the deaths of the McLellands. Sergi has said Williams also submitted to a gun residue test and gave his cellphone to authorities when he was questioned after Hasse’s death.
Authorities have released little information about the case except to say they continue to follow leads, including possible ties to a white supremacist gang.
One month before Hasse’s death, the Texas Department of Public Safety issued a warning to authorities statewide that the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas could retaliate for an October indictment that targeted some of its leaders. McLelland’s office was involved in that investigation.

The driver of the bus that swerved off a North Texas highway, leaving two passengers dead and dozens injured, was at the wheel in another fatal accident 15 years ago.
The Texas Department of Public Safety confirmed Friday that the driver in the accident was 65-year-old Loyd Rieve.
Authorities are investigating what caused the Cardinal Coach Line bus to veer across the highway Thursday and into the center median in Irving. Forty-six passengers were aboard on their way to an Oklahoma casino.
Court records show Rieve was working for another company in 1998 when the bus he was driving struck and killed a man rendering aid to a woman whose car had crashed.
A lawsuit filed by the man’s family resulted in a jury finding that Rieve’s employer was negligent.

Officials are reminding the public that animals aren’t allowed into courthouses after Honolulu security screeners had to turn away a defendant’s pet duck.
Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Toni Schwartz says Michael Hubbard reluctantly revealed to guards that his pet was inside his bag when X-ray screeners noticed something was moving inside.
Schwartz says there was also another contraband item inside the bag: a bottle of beer.
Screeners told Hubbard that the duck and beer wouldn’t be able to go with him into Circuit Court for his appointment Monday. Hubbard left and then returned to ask the screeners to look after his belongings. He went inside, while his pet waited outside.
Hawaii News Now reports Hubbard has two felony assault cases pending. He couldn’t be reached for comment Thursday.
