Jane Lynch Divorce: Actress Opens Up About Split From Lara Embry On ‘Larry King Now’

On Monday’s episode of “Larry King Now,” Jane Lynch opened up about why she and Lara Embry, her wife of three years, are divorcing.

“It’s two people who decided it’s better to go apart than stay together,” she told Larry King.

Lynch filed for divorce on Friday, one month after announcing that she and Embry had parted ways. The estranged couple met at a fundraiser in 2009 and married on Memorial Day in 2010 in Massachusetts.

Katy Perry’s Spandex Show Off Her Famous Curves (PHOTO)

Katy Perry flaunted her famous figure in spandex and a clingy shirt while out on a walk with some friends in Los Angeles, Calif., yesterday (March 30).

The singer, 28, was all smiles as she pounded the pavement, eventually running into fellow star Jane Lynch and her wife Lara Embry, who were exercising on the same trail.

Perry looks better than ever after reports surfaced that her now ex-boyfriend John Mayer dumped her because she was “getting fat.” GossipCop investigated the claim and a Mayer insider said the rumor was simply “not correct.”

Escape From Planet Earth Review

There have been some really solid animated movies over the last couple of years. Despicable Me, Megamind, Toy Story 3, Up… those are just a few somewhat recent examples that someone of any age can fall in love with. Unfortunately, Escape From Planet Earth can’t be added to that list. Despite boasting some seriously funny voice actors (Rob Corddry, Ricky Gervais, Jane Lynch, Craig Robinson, William Shatner), this is a film filled with cheesy jokes that will probably only make younglings giggle.

The sci-fi story begins on the planet Baab. The world admires and praises the cocky astronaut Scorch Supernova (Brenadan Fraser). What the alien world overlooks is that Scorch’s missions would be nothing without his genius brother, Gary (Corddry), who’s running things over at mission control. They receive a SOS from “The Dark Planet” (Earth), and Gary warns his brother not to go because no alien has ever returned from our delightful little rock. Naturally, the confident hero goes anyway and shortly later he winds up in Area 51 (insert dramatic music here).
