Ingersoll Rand Declares Quarterly Dividend
SWORDS, Ireland–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Ingersoll-Rand plc’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.21 cents per ordinary share, payable June 28, 2013, to shareholders of record on June 14, 2013.
