Marvel Studios took fans to Asgard on Saturday with their presentation of footage from Thor: The Dark World at San Diego Comic-Con. Be advised of SPOILERS from the footage that was shown!
The cavernous Hall H was packed with Marvel fans for the studio’s movie presentation, which also included a sneak peek at Captain America: The Winter Soldier and the studio’s Phase 3 slate. No cast members were there … but a certain character was: Loki!
Yes, Tom Hiddleston made a surprise, in-character appearance as the god of mischief who demanded the crowd show him glory if they wanted to see what was in store for the Marvel panel. Hiddleston was clearly enjoying himself, cracking himself up at a few points.
