Lamons Announces Acquisition and Continues to Expand Global Footprint and Product Portfolio in Europe

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Lamons, a TriMas Corporation (NAS: TRS) business, continues to expand its global footprint and product portfolio in the energy market of Europe. Lamons acquired Wulfrun Specialised Fasteners Limited on March 26, 2013. Located in the United Kingdom, Wulfrun Specialised Fasteners Limited is a manufacturer and distributer of specialty bolting and CNC machined components for use in critical oil and gas, pipeline and power generation applications.
