Zach Randolph had 15 points and 10 rebounds, while Ed Davis added 14 points for Memphis (34-18), which erased an early 11-point deficit. Former Pistons forward Tayshaun Prince was held to four points and three rebounds in his return at The Palace. The Grizzlies shot 56.3 percent from the field and forced 17 turnovers. The Memphis Grizzlies completed a long-rumored roster and salary purge Wednesday by agreeing to trade Rudy Gay to the Toronto Raptors along with Hamed Haddadi for forward Ed Davis and veteran guard Jose Calderon. The Grizzlies are hoping to flip Calderon to the Detroit Pistons to acquire veteran forward Tayshaun Prince, along with forward Austin Daye and a future second-round pick, but that part of the deal had not been finalized Wednesday evening.
