Chris Bosh Game Winner: Heat Beat Spurs Without LeBron James, Dwyane Wade (VIDEO)

SAN ANTONIO — Often the forgotten member of Miami’s “Big Three,” Chris Bosh stepped up with LeBron James and Dwyane Wade sitting out to get the Heat a big win and move closer to securing home-court advantage throughout the NBA playoffs.

Bosh scored 23 points, including the winning 3-pointer with 1.9 seconds remaining, and the Heat beat San Antonio 88-86 on Sunday night with James, Wade and Mario Chalmers watching from the locker room as they sat out with injuries.

THE FACTS: It appears the Miami Heat can play the game of sit-the-stars a little better than the San Antonio Spurs. LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Mario Chalmers did not play Sunday at AT&T Center, so that left Chris Bosh to hit a 3-pointer past the top of the key with 1.1 seconds left to give the Heat an 88-86 victory over the Spurs. …read more

Heat Beat Pacers 105-91 For 18th Straight Win (VIDEO)

MIAMI — Mario Chalmers scored 26 points, Chris Bosh added 24 and the Miami Heat won their 18th straight game, easily topping the Indiana Pacers 105-91 on Sunday night.

The 18-game streak ties the seventh longest in NBA history, and is the league’s best since the Boston Celtics won 19 straight during the 2008-09 season. Miami will try for No. 19 when it hosts Atlanta on Tuesday night.

Heat Top Magic For 16th Win In Row: LeBron James Hits Game-Winner (VIDEO)

MIAMI — LeBron James scored 26 points, including a go-ahead layup with 3.2 seconds left, and the Miami Heat scrambled late to beat the Orlando Magic 97-96 on Wednesday night and extend their franchise-record winning streak to 16 games.

Dwyane Wade scored 24 points and Chris Bosh added 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Heat, who blew a 20-point, second-half lead and then rallied from a five-point deficit in the final minutes.
