Comcast Promotes Both Jennifer L. Daley and James P. McCue to Vice President and Assistant Treasurer

PHILADELPHIA–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK), a global media and technology company, announced today it has named Jennifer L. Daley and James P. McCue as Vice Presidents and Assistant Treasurers of Comcast Corporation. Ms. Daley and Mr. McCue both report to William E. Dordelman, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Comcast Corporation.

Ms. Daley and Mr. McCue are responsible for many of the company’s financing activities, including capital formation and allocation, liability management, cash flow forecasting and working capital management, financial derivatives, acquisition financing and financial modeling.

Prior to joining Corporate Treasury in December 2001, Ms. Daley served as Director, Corporate Accounting for Comcast Corporation, where she was responsible for accounting, risk management and financial planning. Previously, she was with Ernst & Young LLP, serving public and private audit clients in a variety of industries. Ms. Daley graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Widener University and earned an MBA in Finance from Temple University. She is also a Betsy Magness Leadership Institute Class X graduate and is active with Philadelphia Futures.

Mr. McCue joined Comcast’s Corporate Treasury department in 2010 and previously spent six years as President of Comcast Capital Corporation in Wilmington, DE. Before that, he was Senior Director of Financial Reporting for Comcast Corporation, where he was responsible for internal and external financial reporting for the company. Prior to Comcast, he was a senior manager with Arthur Andersen LLP, serving clients in the firm’s Emerging Growth Industry Group. Mr. McCue is a member of the National Association of Corporate Treasurers and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated with a B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University.
