We had spoken to the star of the film, Warwick Davis, a year prior and mentioned the possible release as a fond wish for the future. Ever since Star Wars: Episode VII was announced, the casting rumors have been flying. Recently, Lucas confirmed everyone’s suspicions about actors Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher returning to the world of Star Wars, but casting beyond that has not even been hinted at.
We recently got a chance to sit down with Warwick Davis, who famously appeared as Wicket in Return of the Jedi and shows up in several scenes in Star Wars: Episode I. We asked him if he is up for another go-around in the Star Wars universe, and he replied, “I’m looking for it, definitely,” adding jokingly, “And if you can help people know that I’m looking for it, it’s also appreciated. It would be great. I’m an actor, basically. I love to work.”

It’s been awhile since we’d heard anything about WWE and Lionsgate’s reboot of Leprechaun. In fact, the last bit of news came nearly a year ago when it was announced that WWE wrestler Hornswoggle would be usurping the title role from Warwick Davis.
Now, Crave has spoken to WWE president Michael Luisi, who talked about where the film is heading and the approach they’re taking with this remake. To clarify, Luisi began by noting that this is a true reboot and will in no way related to any of the previous Leprechaun films.
