Rayman creator and respected game designer Michel Ancel has joined forced with other members of the Rayman Legends development team to protest the game’s delay.
Photos were sent to Eurogamer by an anonymous reader showing Ancel and other members of the Rayman dev team holding a banner reading “Sortez nous Rayman. Soutient a Ubi Montpellier,” which translates as “Release Rayman. Show support for Ubisoft Montpelier.”
In the background of the image crowds can be seen holding banners, one of which holds the game’s original release date of February 26th while another is emblazoned with “Wii U”; the console that the game was being exclusively developed for before the delay. In the centre of the image, Rayman can be seen with tears rolling down his face while he says, “SVP” – “Please”.
