All over the country, state governors and legislatures have been wrestling with the decision of whether or not to sign up for Obamacare?s significant expansion of Medicaid, America?s government-run health insurance program for the poor. Prominent Republican governors, like John Kasich in Ohio, have said yes to Medicaid, reasoning that if Ohio doesn?t grab the federal money, other states will.
