But what might not be immediately evident to the eye are the Bellagio’s ultimate foodie experiences, the Epicurean Epicenter events. Taking place in the high-tech and interactive 1,170 square-foot Tuscany Kitchen, guests can watch as one of Bellagio’s celebrity chefs prepare a multicourse meal up close and personal for them to savor. That’s not all. For each event the Bellagio invites a highly acclaimed vineyard to pair its wines with the celebrity chef’s cuisine. The 2013 season begins with what might be the most special Epicurean Epicenter yet, and definitely the ultimate foodie dream. Celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will be kicking off the season by practicing his magic in the Tuscany Kitchen.
