After several attempts to sell his apartment overlooking Gramercy Park, Karl Lagerfeld has finally made a deal.
Lagerfeld sold his three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at 50 Gramercy Park North for $4.5 million, according to The New York Post. He paid $6.69 million for it in 2006, and though he had it renovated, he never moved in. CasaSugar reported last March that home had been relisted for $5.2 million.
Investor Sebastian Barrack bought the fashionable apartment, which features a chef’s kitchen, a system of automated curtains, and an open floor plan spanning 2,150 square feet. A look at the place here in the gallery.
