By Julia Pimsleur, Contributor Liz Neumark, who gave the Keynote at the recent WEF 3 I attended, a festival for Women Entrepreneurs held at NYU in New York, grew her successful catering business on five key ideas – Seeds – which she shared with us. Liz started the business in 1979 to supplement her income as a photographer and then grew it exponentially, ultimately making Great Performances one of New York‘s top catering companies. She did this while raising three kids and  buying and cultivating a 60-acre organic  farm in upstate New York where kids come to learn about healthy eating and 5% of its harvest to anti-hunger organizations like City Harvest.
