Late last week, Yale senior Bijan Stephen wrote a column for Quartz claiming millennials do not stand a chance in today’s economy. “I’m a senior at Yale, graduating in May, and I’m terrified,” he wrote, before proceeding to list the reasons for his pessimism. Stephen cited high unemployment rates, unpaid internships and a smartphone driven workplace culture before noting that, with four weeks left of classes, he had yet to find a job.
