Indiana Vs. Syracuse Sweet 16 2013 Capsule Preview: Predict The Winner

No. 1 seed Indiana will face No. 4 seed Syracuse in the Sweet 16 of the NCAA Tournament in the East region.

Victor Oladipo hit a key three-point shot in the final minute as Indiana rallied past Temple for a 58-52 win. The Hoosiers overcame a 31-point performance from Khalif Wyatt.

C.J. Fair scored 18 points as Syracuse topped No. 12 Cal to advance to the round of 16.

Only thirty-five days ago, Indiana Hoosiers junior guard Victor Oladipo was projected as a late first round/early second round 2013 NBA Draft pick.  DraftExpress, run by its President, Jonathan Givony, penciled Oladipo in as a late first round selection, while the popular NBADraft.net was not as optimistic, suggesting that Oladipo would leave school early only to be selected near the top of the second round. …read more
