The blind auditions continued on “The Voice,” and Blake Shelton pulled a new trick out of his bag. Half the fun of this round of auditions is watching the coaches compete with one another for their favorite contestants. Shakira has already pulled out Spansih, and Blake has pulled out various awards he has won to try and sway someone to his team.
This time, though, he offered to let 17-year-old Savannah Berry join his family. He told her, “Miranda and I were talking about, maybe we should adopt … And it’s interesting that you’re here and it’s almost like you’re family to me already. And you’re 17, a very adoptable age.”
One person had something to say about that, though. Savannah’s father shouted, “Can’t have her!” from backstage.
