Something is going on inside HTC‘s marketing department. First, it commissioned a brave four-minute comedy skit, designed partly to promote the company’s latest flagship phone and partly to introduce a fresher, bolder image to the public. Then, within a couple of days of the clip being published, it was deliberately pulled off the Internet — and HTC has since been uncharacteristically reluctant to talk to journalists who want to know what happened to it.
