Louis Moinet (1768-1853) was a watchmaker, sculptor and painter from Bourges, France. A contemporary of Abraham-Louis Breguet, Abraham-Louis Perrelet and Nicolas Mathieu Rieussec, he was an academic and dabbled in astronomy.
