Atlas Announces 2013 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)– Atlas Financial Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFH; TSX.V: AFH) (“Atlas” or the “Company”) announced today that the Company’s Board of Directors has called an Annual General Meeting of shareholders to be held on May 30, 2013 at 10:00 am central time, at the Company’s headquarters at 150 Northwest Point Boulevard, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. A record date of April 26, 2013 has been set for determining shareholders entitled to receive notice of the meeting.
